Is it ever worth running a non-highlander version of thief priest? Also, is running Archbishop Benedictus in a reno version worth it? (Or will the chance of turning off reno effects make it a bad inclusion)

it works just like you explained. Health is restored, then it is checked if any characters are still damaged. This is the case, so you draw a card. Why would you get 3 cards?
Priest so broken this expansion. literally has 8 cards with both health and attack equal to mana cost plus taunt plus bonus effects like drawing two spells. Talk about powercreep I guess the drvs saw the player numbers and just don't give a shit anymore.

Implock, Beast Hunter, Skelly Mage, HP mage, and Druid are all more broken than Priest, and by alot.
Good try though. Leave Priest alone.
