The whole story was improv. Rick's an improv comedian, and had HMack on his podcast twice (both AMAZING). He knows his skills. Wanted to give him an insane challenge in the moment.
Fun fact: when Rick asked Harry what "the pick up line he said earlier" was, that was just improv. No pick up line was discussed in the podcast. Harry did a "yes and" to come up with that on the spot. And then remembered it for the rap! Rick always challenges Harry and can inspire him to create high level stuff. Ok my friend I got one for you.. its short.. band is called Ram Jam. Song - Black Betty.. this is a good time.. one thing I'll tell ya is when these guys wanted to make a music video.. the record lable gave them i believe it was 700 bucks to make it.. so they bought 500 dollars woth of beer.. hired a camera guy for a couple hours.. and threw a big party at the drummers house and shot the music video in his front yard. Things were different back in the day.. I am going to reply to this post a little homework assignment for you.. see if we can work on your marketing. You got the carisma and appreciation for music.. just gotta dial it in a touch on the intro a little bit. Enjoy this one. 👍

One.Old school storytelling rapper was Slick Rick. The best ever at it was/is Nas. Tons of others of course and to an extent all the greats did it (Tupac, Biggie, K Dot, and even all the way back to the Sugar Hill Gang)
