Super happy he talked about Spectrum. It's not one of the most notorious tracks of him, but it's the one that really made him known and cemented him in the EDM community, right before Clarity propelled him in the mainstream scene.

@@pvspreetham If I'm not mistaken some songwriter called Asia Whiteacre wrote it then sent it to Grey who then produced it. Then they sent it to Zedd who then showed it to Hailee. So yeah that's pretty interesting

I follow him since 2010, and he’s one of my favorite producers of all the time. He’s not only a “dj” he’s a music genius, not for the “comercial tracks” that the radio needs, it’s more than that. If anybody want to know him, hear the anthem, then hear stars come out, then hear all the tracks of clarity and finally hear Done With Love and True colors (the original version) I start to follow him when I was 15 and for that time he sings in GoldFish Recs with people like Porter Robinson, great days guys. By the way, i remixed the Middle just because I respected him so much 🙏

Spectrum was his best. I used to really love Zedd, and I respect his decision to go into more dance pop, but his other two fellow prodigies, Porter and Madeon are in another level when it comes to creativity.

Literalllyyyyyy, I saw Madeon in September, Porter in October and nowwww I’m seeing Zedd at Avant Gardner. I’m definitely an old Zedd fan BUT I’m excited to relive the excitement and see his progression. SO EXCITED because I know what this man is capable of!

After all these years, Spectrum is still my favorite track of him. There’s something so special about the chord progression change of that song and I think that’s the track that defined his signature electro house sound

I love a lot of those songs, but "Stay" is truly iconic for me. Stay brings back such memories. The first time I heard it was one of the best nights of my life. I don't think I'll ever be able to forget the song even if I wanted to.
Spectrum is literally the song that turned me on to producing electronic music. It was a bit of a revelation. The chord progression in it is truly magical and Matthew's voice is amazing.

I heard clarity at a random place without even much clarity of the lyrics being sung and searched for it for almost six months to find it. Now it is one of the songs on my playlists for the longest time.
Aww no mention of "Find You" 😭 that one is my all time favorite. Stay the Night is second and Spectrum is 3rd. I love Find You so much that I plan on using that song in my wedding 💍💞
Learning that Zedd made Beauty and a Beat makes me feel the the same way I did when I found out that Avicci made Sky Full of Stars.. shocked but also disappointed that it took me so long to figure out. We need to know their works so that we can appreciate them before they are gone..:( RIP Avicci

I'd love to hear him do an official collab with Bebe Rexha on something. She has this crazy voice that's capable of hitting really high notes. If one of her songs comes on, you can tell who it is immediately. Would probably match up perfectly with Zedd's style of writing.
