At 6’ I started carnivore a week ago today ar 282lbs I’m now 290lbs. Some other carnivores say that I’m in a healing process and just ride it out. I been working out 3 times a week and just went to a four day upper lower split. I also just added some grip training at night. Just gonna ride this out and hope to get into a two xl shirt.
@@Mr-mopar yes sir and you may try cutting any dairy products out for a week and see what that does too. They are right if you haven’t been getting much fat in you diet before this it may take a little bet before weight loss kicks in. Just keep pushing brother we got your back!✝️💪

I'm eating carnivore and cheated last night with two bowls of cereal. I woke up today with my knee inflamed. Not bad but noticable. The diet is helping alot with the sugar cravings.
