When Vintersea announced the previous vocalist Avienne was leavingthe band, it was a shock and I felt anxious about them finding a new vocalist. For one of my favourite bands, who I've put twice here as a Patreon recommendation, to lose such an amazing vocalist in Avienne who had it all, the high banshee like scream, some nasty low growls and soft, angelic cleans. I wasn't sure if they could find anyone else who could fill those shoes. But wow! What a way to bring in the new vocalist Kayla and to show fans like me there's nothing to worry about. Vintersea have outdone themselves here sounding very heavy whilst staying true to their own sound.
I enjoyed your reaction to this amazing song. It is a truly impressive composition and the vocals are on another level of awesome. This song is leaving reactors shelll shocked in a good way.
Im so glad you and your subs enjoyed our song! It’s no easy task to impress on the internet these days, never mind metal heads! Im grateful. Cheers \mm/
Bruh, a week later after first seeing the video, I’m still like WHOA🤯 Hell of a way to introduce a new vocalist, and a new era for the band. Stoked to hear more from them😃
Thank you for a great reaction and giving this amazing band more exposure. I have fell in love with them over the last few years . This new chapter has started off in an incredible way. Kayla blew my mind. I checked out her previous band Dress the Dead. Its more straight ahead metal. Honestly, she has one of the best voices, ive heard in a long time. Pure power and soul. Can't wait for more Vintersea.
I don't know man, I loved Vintersea. If this is the new direction it's not for me. They also went heavy in the past, I have no problem with that. But they had something beyond the brutality that for some reason I'm missing here. This sounds like everyone else. But one song with the new vocalist is not enough. I'll wait and see how they develop..
That was just awesome and insane.
Right!?
Wow. Never heard this band before, that was epic!
Glad you enjoyed!

@@TheWolffAndTheMelody I don't think anyone was 🤘
This was powerful and brutal, and i really enjoyed it. The vocals were on point as they usually are with them. The music was solid as always.
Couldn't agree more!
