I never used photo processing software before as I found it daunting until I started watching your Lightroom 5 series of videos. After watching your videos and finding them easy to follow and understand with amazing content I decided to go and purchase Lightroom 5. I'm really pleased your also doing a Photoshop series as well. Can't wait until you get more of those videos out. Again amazing keep up the good work I always recommend your videos to friends and family.
You too, John??????? Haven't touched the camera in weeks!! Wearing out my iPad watching the Wizard Waving his wand around the monitor!! Working the Scene!! Working the Scene!! Cutting off intruding branches with my monogramed Anthony Morganti Chain Saw button and "shooting" bothersome birds out of the clouds with my Anthony Morganti 12 Gauge Spot Removal Shotgun!! This is the best channel ever!! Keep'em comin', Maestro!!
i thought lightroom is so intimidating with allllllll those figures, sliders, etc, etc telling you what to do and what they are for.....following your tutorials they seemed like easy.you made them so easy for us...now,i'm using a lightroom 5 after a stagnant couple of years with LR 2.thanks, anthony for making me enjoy tweaking my pictures and images....so thankful we have u here.
Tony, I just watched your Part 24 Targeted Adjustments. All I can say is fantastic! The Tone Curve helped with an immediate problem of a dark background and the HSL gave me insight into future landscape images. Thank you. I have been a subscriber for some time now. You do a better job with your Lightroom tutorials than any one I've found. Thanks again, Bill Abram
I love your videos Anthony, I couldn't turn a computer on until 5 weeks ago and all my work was old school in the darkroom with chemicals and paper, we'll you have made my journey into the digital world a lot less complicated and I'm loving it.I love the way I can express how I see something so fast and easy and every time I look at your tutorials I learn something new it's fantastic and it's given me a new eagerness to get out there and shoot and get back and edit my work, Thankyou again Anthony please keep doing what your doing !!!!!!!
G'day Anthony. You do have lots of tricks up your sleeve. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and all the time and effort that you put into these training videos, much appreciated.
Thanks so much for all the help on your videos,Anthony. I am fairly new to LR5 and feel so fortunate to have found your easy to follow videos. I always learn something new. Keep them coming!
Thank you for taking the time to record these training videos. I have learned so much! Can you explain how to import pictures with presets or batch processing for Lightroom? I watched all of the videos except the HDR ones. I hope I didn't miss this. Thanks!
watching ? watching? You are an addction my friend , the only problem is that my wife is getting sick of me listining to you up to 3 am in the morning EVERY DAY !! LOL.
Haven't even bought my camera yet but am enthused to shoot Raw and purchase lightroom to start with after watching your videos!!! Do you have a video for B&W Pictures but striking colour through it? Thanks will keep watching!
Hi Anthony and thank you that you sher your knowledge.... i have problem in Part 24 Targeted Adjustments mybe i didnt anderstand it because i can't put the point on the Tone curve on that i can work with this is ther any problem with my LR?
One more question. Do you have values that you would commonly use for an outside portrait as you do for your landscape pictures? I'm referring to the sharpening around 70 and noise reduction around 40 that you commonly use. If I wanted to do minimal editing, what would you suggest? Thanks again for the great videos!
No I don't. Outside portraits with a scenic background can be challenging to process because if one processes for the scenic background, the people in the image tend to look bad and, visa-versa. I have plans to do an episode in the future where I process a shot like that. I'm just waiting to create a photograph that I can use in the tutorial. As for Sharpening, yes, you can use those quick and dirty values of 70 and 40 in that type of shot and it should look fine. If it doesn't look quite right, you may have to move sharpening down to something less than 70. Thanks for watching! I truly appreciate it!
I really appreciate you watching the videos Warren and your positive support encourages me to make more! Thank you very much!
