    ** Pulitzer Prize awards are handed to the photographer not the camera!
    So, truth be told, it's the person holding the camera is the artist creating the photo. Next, understand the foundation of this channel and photography itself, "the camera does not make a bad photographer a great photographer", a camera of $42 or $4,200. will not create an award-winning shot.
    As far as post processing your work, well if you want to get the finest image you can after the shutter clicks, you absolutely must do some post work.
    If you ordered a meal at a restaurant, would you like the meal better if the chef tweaked your food to the highest pro chef level? Yes of course.

    *Photographer Carmine Taverna Defines Street Photography in these words;
    Street photography, a genre of photography that records everyday life in a public place. The very publicness of the setting enables the photographer to take candid pictures of strangers, often without their knowledge. Street photographers do not necessarily have a social purpose in mind, but they prefer to isolate and capture moments which might otherwise go unnoticed.
    ***Why are CCD cameras better?
    CCD sensors create high-quality, low-noise images. CMOS sensors are usually more susceptible to noise. Because each photosite on a CMOS sensor has several transistors located next to it, the light sensitivity of a CMOS chip tends to be lower, as many of the photons hit the transistors instead of the photosite.

    **The CCD was invented in 1969 at Bell Labs by Willard Boyle and George Smith. Since that CCD FILM LIKE SENSOR was sensitive to light it was used as image sensor for video and TV cameras. It could also be used as a memory device or analogue signal delay since it's principally a kind of analogue shift-register circuit.

    Fish eye lenses are a great tool for different looking photos. I have a full frame Samyang 12mm f2,8 myself, that cost me quite a lot more than $79, but was still relatively cheap, because it was second hand.
    I love the indoor shots - especially in rooms with a lot of furniture, books, pictures on the walls and so on. It can kind of give it a "Where's Waldo?" effect because of all the details you can get in to one frame with super wide lenses.

    Hi Carmine. Your photos are brilliant as usual. I can see you are enjoying your Leica. Good for you! Do you know if Meike makes that lens in M43 mount? Thanks for the info.

      Meike makes lots of lenses with M43 mount from fish eye to "normal" to very fast portrait lenses - all with manual focus. The 8mm for M43 has a max aperture of f2.8 - there is even a 3,5mm f2.8 fish eye lens for M43.

      I am fine Carmine. Been playing with OM Workspace. Its Olympus's RAW development engine. Pretty straight forward and its free. I bought an EM-10 Mark IV and I am having fun playing with all the tools I have for it. BTW-Workspace is free. Just the right price.

    Hi, hope you don't mind if I go off topic but may I pick your brain? Do you have an opinion on Pentax K200D- I see you have had K10D but can't see a reference to the 200? They have the same sensor which gets a lot of love in the 10D. The reason for asking is I can acquire a 200D plus DA18-55mm and Sigma 50-200mm for $64(GBP equivalent): I suspect this is a bargain but wonder if I should hold out for a K10D - any thoughts 😀? Thanks.
