That square body tow truck is quite the unit. firing right up like that, all it’s hydraulics working so well and being able to handle that Cadillac boat with such ease. Like a rock as they say.
I think the way you keep main Ch for longer vids - is the best way to go! And the clips of Gus and turbo here are great fun !! Gus just like my staff was - A lazy dog, until it's time to play or go somewhere.. lol
Thanks, Chris, for adding a clip showing Turbo and Gus having fun on the deck. They are adorable! -- as for the Caddy--that went well. Glad that the artist(s) will be able to use it as an art project car. It'll look so cool when it's done!
Oh how I love Gus !! Thanks for giving him some air time. On the Caddy, I saw Hendrix and the Dark Side album cover so far. Can't wait to see the rest. It's gonna be cool.
Just found this channel! It's awesome and being a huge fan of Derek Bieri, this appeals very much and there's a real VGG vibe to your channel! Looking forward to going through the videos! Keep up the great work
Not to mention that truck went for a swim at one point and it's still reliable. Very nice truck and hard to kill em. Top gear tried a few different ones several times.
Hey Mr Chris, Enjoyed the video. I love that wrecker, handy as a shirt pocket. The shop is looking really nice. Little Gus man is so funny. He brought that toy over but put his paw on it Always love seeing Little Gus!!
I love how the shop is coming together, looks great! I guess I didnt realize just how many parts and fasteners you have to sort and put away, but it looks organized though. What a relief I bet!
Cool video Chris, always good when you bring your bike out and it's good to see Gus, I love him 🤗 I never did see a video on this channel where you fixed the plastic bushing in that swivel joint on the car lift on the tow-truck.
Great day in the life... always cool to see what your getting into...this time was delivering the cool caddy...looking forward to seeing you visit it when she's complete. Well seeing the Gus man.. that's an added bonus. Keep up the great content 😎🇺🇸🛠️🤣😁🚗⛽
Last couple of years the main channel and this has become one of my favorite channels ... No nonsense know how, yep , just get it done and roll. Grew up that way and love seeing someone who just gets it done! I would add a channel to the list -- Tony Angelo @stay tuned another Pennsyltucky guy who is awesome!
I graduated from high school in 1972 so the time of the first Caddie was in my teenage years. I liked seeing Turbo 🐱 and Gus 🐕 just chilling on the back porch also.
One of the things I LOVE about your two channels and Jen's, Chris is the fact it is local to where I grew up. I grew up on the other side of the river in NJ not far from where you and Jen live. I lived in Willingboro NJ last before I moved out of the area for work years back. I remember going to concerts at the Electric Factory, City Gardens (one of my favs on this channel when you explored it.), and the Trocadero. I remember seeing A Tribe Called Quest in the Troc years ago and my ears rang for a week! Brings back memories!!! Keep up the great work! You and Jen both!
Too weird. It hasnt rained in weeks. I fire up this video, and the first thing I hear is lightning! Love it! Needin me some rain! Former Philly boy commin atcha from Florida.
15:53 as a big Floyd fan I approve the hood. Haven’t been to the electric factory or whatever its call now in years. Definitely going to take the 15min drive to check out the car. Just an FYI the Hershey swap meet is 10/3-10/6.
Hey Chris you need to look at the pin on the wheel lift because it’s worn by the downward angle of the tire forks. I’m impressed that you used straps on the tires because so many in my area refuse to put on straps and I have watched cars bounce off the wheel lift forks or be forced out when the tires drag the ground. Great video as always and I’m glad to see you using the wrecker and your correct about your trailer being handy being a tilt trailer.
Yeah the pin is really worn out. The kit is kind of expensive so I've just been rocking it the way it is. I make sure to always put straps on it because of the steep angle. Even if I'm only going down the street
Excellent video Chris :) the wild one on Clutch setup I have ever seen and work one I explained to you and say really ! It my cousins van 1975 Dodge D350 Extended one was a old hospital ambulance for 7 years and my late Cousins grandmother was Ambulance Person Support Worker at homes or old senior homes or vechiles accidents! When hospital updates there Ambulance new vechiles at Auction sales her husband bought 1975 Dodge D350 Extended van turn in camper had 360 V8 motor 2 barrel carb with hand choke cable knob in dash and plus Coulmn Shifter Manual transmission 3 speed with 411 rear end gears , in 1985 360 motor also Manual transmission get worn out because traveling to Florida all USA and Canada because retirement on jobs! So he put 1976 Massey Ferguson Combine 360 Cubic Inches 6 cylinder no turbo, Truck Transmission floor shifter Creeper 4speed with Overdrive also Bow Low First gear and put 390 rear gears! Plus Clutch resivor is a Pot like old Cars plus trucks for Oil filter cannister with Sleeve cylinder on bottom weld on with adjustable bolt on Clutch pedal in firewall on near top frame and open pot put 500 ml fill up on Sleeve Cylinder steal line to over bell to like one plunger cylinder (like back drums brakes) on right side push fork plus throw bearings in bell housing in Clutch disk ! Also when need Clutch pedal pressure blow in bleeding screw with air compressor at 40 PSI plus person pump Clutch pedal with engine shut off and out gear plus emergency brake on till Clutch is 3/4 pressure up tight! Take about 1 hour bleeding like brake pedal and doing drums plus disk brakes on front! 2 person job not kidding you ! Make sure steal line good condition too plus flare lines good sealed too! Yes help my cousin Glenn fix up Clutch last year and not fun to do and task for 2 weeks also find parts not easy !
Hey Chris, looking forward to hopefully seeing you at Duck Tape Drags in Tucson, I have been searching for a worthy car for ya down here, either way, I am 5 miles from the track with a healthy garage workshop, so instead of sitting outside of O'Reilly's, hit me up, LOL, I have sat outside that store many a times, safe travels!
The wrecker is definitely going to need the pivot pin/bushing if it has a pivot pin bushing in it. Hopefully the hole in the crossbar and the end of the main tube isn’t hogged out. That will keep the L arms parallel with the ground instead of them pointing down towards the ground.
Damn, my favorite Cadillac ac ac ac ac is gone 🙁 but I believe they’re good people. Can’t wait to see how it turns out This is one of my favorite cars that you have got back on the road loving the videos Chris until the next💪💪💪💪
Thanks for the update! I do like your longer videos, but short ones like this are awesome just as much. Your new merch makes it really hard not to buy! 😂 Thanks! Now I'm gonna have to buy more shirts and hoodies!
Never had any problems with the Cops. I towed in Philadelphia area from 80 to 2001 and really had fun and many adventures. Some of my friends are still towing there, but I gave it up to move South. The Good Old Days what fun it was!!!
@@NNKH2 Hey Chris, that sounds about right, when I was home a couple of months ago I forgot to look at the trucks for the towing stickers that had to be displayed on the fenders. If you’re running one truck for just yourself then put Not For Hire on your truck. It’s the self loaders that they are looking for because you can clip anything you want really easily and quickly. Great Videos Big Fan You remind me of all my friends that turn wrenches that yell at me when I call them because they’re still working and I am semi retired here in Florida.
You know there's going to be Power Tour West if you wanna take your girl out to california and vegas. Always a good time around my area of the country and you wanna come this way eventually. Yes it's new. You have some vehicles in the region. Historic route 66 and you like the history. Please bring Goose. The Gusman.

Love that you ended up fixing and keeping that Tow Truck. One of my favorite playlists. Been so useful for you when you need her.

Thanks for sharing Chris. I grew up with a dad who had many old Caddys.
Great video.

Can't hardly count the number of vehicles I painted and airbrushed over the years.
Was cool watching the tow truck's rear suspension unload as you drop the Caddy down at 7:15
