I've literally just started using mythic to supplement my 4AD game.
I so far have seen an NPC dash into an abandoned mine, upon entry he was being overrun by giant caterpillars. Mythic told me he was seeking to learn the truth about local inhabitants -Enemies [mystical] .[ I rolled his job based on the job roles in Warhammer Fantasy RPG].
I then used the 4AD rules to generate and play the dungeon finding him when I found the caterpillars. [1d6 - on a 6 he was present in the room] and the dungeon had a fitting random twist [cosy dungeon - therefore small which definitely helped keeping my 2hp NPC alive!]
He also was injured by the boss dragon, so now I'm on a mission to escort him home across the hexes then determine the faction he is working for, and what an appropriate reward or plot point will be! Also, by clearing out the mine the tin can be mined again and my starter town can gain resources. It certainly is a neat way to give meat to the 4AD bones :)

What size journal book are you using? Looks the perfect size.
Its the "medium" moleskine size, which is 11.5cm by 18cm
