The only company that I worked for that paid for training was Allied Universal but it has to be a Hospital guard. I also know that some cop like security companies pay for training for their guards.

My recent company that I work for would lend tasers for their guards but it was first come first served. So I decided to buy my own.

I have an amazing network of great guards. We were able to find a vest for a guard in North Carolina earlier this year. Always happy to help a guard in need.
Keep crushing it my man. Glad to see your content in my feed.
    Be Great 👍

Hey Mike, I have a counter-question for the person who asked about security officers being more likely to be shot: Is is better or worse to meet a criminal with MORE force or LESS force? Being an armed officer may be no guarantee of winning an encounter with an armed criminal, but I figure a fighting 50% chance of survival is better than 0% chance & being unarmed. As an armed security officer, I absolutely REFUSE to leave my fate in the hands of criminals (not TODAY, not TOMORROW, not EVER)! P.S. Keep putting in your good work for your fellow security officers on your YT channel👊🏿🔥

Hey, have you thought about becoming a police officer, state or CAPITAL POLICE? How long have you been in security? Is being in security stability? You should make a video about that.. and also working for the government in security vs contract work. I’ve been afraid to jump from federal to contract cause of the chances of contract running dry

You’ve been my guidance ever since I started my security career. Thank you sensei. Thank you for paving the way!👍🏽
Had a question to. How did you transition from unarmed to armed? I started unarmed while I was waiting on my gun to arrive to gun store. I have my gun permit and My Gun already now. Told my manager about it. She said that the position they have needed me to have 2yrs experience in armed. But said she would see what she can do… I’m not sure what to do next? Should I go somewhere else or keep trying to get an armed position with current company?
Any advice would GREATLY APPRECIATED master DEFCON

*just to let you know too my company doesn’t have the best organization or timing either. I think because there such a big company they get overwhelmed. So I’m just trying to figure if I should wait for a position to open up and beg her to put me armed or would I have better luck going somewhere else. You already Mr.defcon that I’m trying to chase the💰💵

My advise start seeking a new guard company to get experience under your belt. Time is money and we don't have time wait. Just make sure you have a job first and turn in your two weeks.
