- What happens when you send something by mail? What happens in between you sending it of and someone else receiving it? What people and processes are involved and how many steps does it take?

You should send it to other countries so it goes on a plane
customs may open the parcel to check it and then the camera alignment with the hole may be disturbed
@@gagnabil this was filmed in UK. if shipped inside the EU it wont go trough customs (for now...)
*I'm curious to know what kind of package it could've possibly been in that it could see that clearly through the box*
The camera was lined up with a small hole in the side of the box. There’s a post with photos of the package and a little bit of detail over on Ruben van der Vleuten’s website:

This box just happened to not be buried between 20 other boxes?
It's called "editing" lol!
+Carl Desmond you could just send it back and forth until you get a good video...
So that's where my package of bad dragons where been
You just walked in the middle of the road???
Niimpä
Tane no probably bike but it is UK they are weird like that
A bike?
@@ttgmiightthirst2159 You got the bike bit right, you can briefly see the bike handles at 0:51, and not a second later you can see the Post Office sign. Couple of things, in the UK we drive on the left-hand side and that isn’t our Post Office logo, this is in Copenhagen, Denmark:

Oh, and riding a bike on UK streets really is for the brave!
This reminds me of old Sesame Street short films.
Why?!

Interesting,, and it never got drop kicked!! lol I only say this because in my first week working at City Link (2004) I was hit in the leg by a flying brand new PC base unit!!,, the worker at the scanner got pissed off and drop kicked the computer so hard it flew across the floor 20ft and hit me,, so the lesson is,, wrap stuff well people!!! ;-)
That must have been one small PC then. I have a custom built one, and it probably weighs like 30 pounds. Mine wouldn't be getting kicked very easily. (But I'd also never ship it.)
Lol very cool. Could NOT do this in the United States.
great video!
Looks like they did a great job !!!!
There now I know for certain all of the human mail challenges are fake.
Wow.. so now I understand why my packages are always fucking late!! Its even worse in the US.. lazy incompetent workers never do their jobs right so most of my packages have never been on time.. I never want to order online if I dont have to now.
Fair play!
A camera put inside of a package, showing what happens after handing it over the counter at the post office. : )

Xavier Antoviaque what a shitstorm it would be if at 2:00 he opens a box and stuffs the item in his pants haha
Cool video
Is the box clear how dis it end up on the outside everytime
what batteries were used in the camera? just ask cause in that whole time the battery never died, even if you ship from your own towns post office to your house it's between 24 and 72 hours for delivery, but the battery never died. so I'd like to use that kind for a project I'm getting ready to work on.
Richard Yates he probably used a small camera attached to a battery pack.
Richard Yates probably was stop motion to save on power
@@mauricobian it took video for 3 seconds every minute, and more often when the box was moving
Everyone thinks they are a DJ . How sad.
1:01 & 3:01 *best 1 sec parts of the video in .25 speed*
