Why doesn't Valve organize a TI for CS:GO just like a Dota 2 TI?

Why would you even need a "TI" for CSGO when the Major already be considered as the biggest and most important event for it, in any global CSGO tournament ? I think it's already enough and honestly better than nothing when Valve sponsored on this one and it's always happen 2/3 time in every year. Honestly, the only thing that I wish for is the prizepool changes. Valve need to increase the major Prizepool for CSGO as how they did with DOTA 2.
