In JNU, courses are taught in English medium only. There is language empowerment cell which helps students from non-English background but the reading materials for MA courses are available majorly in English.

Jnu Mai sirf English medium Mai teaching hoti hai. non-English medium students ke liye English language ke remedial class hota hai. You can write exam answers in Hindi but teaching is only in English medium in class.

You can do MA in Political Science. You have to qualify UGC NET in Political Science to teach in colleges. It's not a problem if you didn't have BA in political science.

You need to have qualified UGC NET exam in IR or Political Science to apply for the post.
