@@archiee3742 i always wanted to become a journalist but seeing at the current state of journalism i have to plan from a wider perceptive I'll do pol sci it has my interests and then I'll think what my interests are I'll still have journalism as an option and more option with it like international affairs.you can prepare for upsc also i will try once or twice.

For civil services political science will be much better because many of the subjects which have a high weightage in upsc exam is covered in this subject ,but one should also have interest and a backup so if you think you are interested (check the syllabus of political science the topics which r taught ) and this subject pol.sci. have good job opportunities than only go for it
