Hello @Deeksha Foundations. An IR degree can either be in the undergraduate and graduate levels. Yes, you can pursue IR for your Master's degree with your Political Science Bachelor's degree. Political Science is a core foundation for an IR Master's degree.

It's a rare position if in a commercial bank. You may want to check IR postings in World Bank, International Monetary Fund, and the likes. These public international and intergovernmental organizations have IR positions in their organizational staff.

The international civil servant position is in international or intergovernmental organizations such as the United Nations, World Health Organization, International Organization for Migration, etc. You may want to research international organizations where there are vacancies for the international civil servant positions where you are qualified. International civil service is like your national civil service in your home country but at an international scope and in an international organization. All the best to your plans.
