So glad I ran across this channel. It is so hard to cook dishes like lasagne for one person.
Cooking for one is the bane and joy of my life . Shopping for one is The Worst Thing. Thanks for this .
This turned out great! I'm from India living in the US and have been wanting to learn American/Western dishes lol!
Thanks for sharing
Oh wow! I’m making this today! Was looking for keto recipe!!
Wonderful, enjoy!

Thank you!! Made it this morning and it was a hit! My daughter loved it :)
Fantastic!
Joanie, I love this dish. I've made this 3 times it's a great little brunch this with a spinach salad. PS: Got the Cookbook. Trying several dishes.
Thank you, I'm so glad you are enjoying the recipes.
Wow...looks easy and delicious!
Thank you. It is!
Good afternoon, love your channel, can you make creamed beef on toast or Bisquit for one?
Great suggestion!
I just made it but my ramekins were smaller and I used gouda cheese and diced spam. The egg size does matter. It was delicious.
I'm so glad you enjoyed it!
I'm a truck driver. Can this be made with liquid eggs?
This looks delicious - will definitely give it a go. What makes it rise like a soufflé? There is no baking soda or flour. Can this also be cooked in a small dish as my ramekins are too small? Thanks in advance.
Could you do recipes to put in a toaster oven? Love my toaster oven!!!!
I made this and used a toaster oven, just took about 5-10 min longer to cook. Next time I will half the recipe because it fluffed up alot! Half recipe should cut down cooking time too :)
What size ramekin?
should it shake when it's done or should it be more stationary
Is the parmazion cheese essential to the recipe?
The Parmesan cheese enhances the flavor profile but can be left out if you don't like it or don't have it. Feel free to substitute another cheese if you like.
Can milk be substituted for cream?
Yes, you can. We have made it both ways.
