Being a long time subscriber I prefer these type of challenges. The no money challenges are fun but seeing the world and interactions with many different people on a timeline are the best because they take Planning but always need a bit of luck thrown in 👍
But they are limited interactions that dont scratch the surface, he just for directions all the time. And he rarely does anything exciting, its like the most boring parts of the journey, running through airports, train stations and looking for taxis.
I discovered your channel purely by accident and I am so flipping happy I did!! You have an amazing personality and such a fun curious nature. You're kind to all and your generosity is off the charts. I am not all the way through your past videos but I am getting there but this latest installment has caught my attention. Safe Journey and thank you for the hours of entertainment and virtual exploring that you provide!! I wish I was a bit younger (63) because a no money challenge would be right in my wheelhouse :) Thanks again
Your videos helped me when my grandfather passed 2 years ago man. Sincerely mean when I say thank you for making more content! Don't know where I'd be without your videos 😊
@yeeeeeeeee78 yeah the footage isn't great they showcase Lipsett no haha I meant they show roads part and unpropering way travel and going on sexy roads on knees 309 wahAht Edit IMHNTHANSK EVER FOR SO MANY LIKES THANSK!!
What an interesting challenge mate! I am watching this from Chile and probably the best way you could try to get to Antarctica is reaching the southernmost city of my country (Punta Arenas) or Ushuaia. Those are both the closest cities in the region to Antarctica
Wow this is really worth the wait.. Keep Safe on your travels,Simon. I just hope you can spend time in the Philippines soon. We've got thousands of islands for you to visit, each distinctly different in terms of tourist spots. You deserve a Million subscription. Good Luck
As an OG watcher and Simon Wilson fan from the very beginning it’s great to see you back and doing what you love. This is the content we all love and have been waiting for Keep going you’re amazing Great video. I love these types of videos and challenges xx
You already did the best Eiffel Tower video possible during the no money Europe challenge. Sneaking in and making it up just in time for sunset and the lights coming on. Can't beat that ever.
Ok so after staring at google flights for a while I think I was able to figure out his route. Ok to start out we could rule out all flights that transit through the United States. I also eliminated Canada as an option because it seems that all flights from Canada to South America fly through either Toronto or Montreal, which would be a large waste of time. I also used him saying that he was getting on a long flight and this poll as hints that he is going to South Africa. There is a flight from Paris to Johannesburg that leaves at 9:15 pm, which lines up what he says in the video. This flight arrives at 9:00 am, leaving him enough time to leave the airport and return for the 4:30 flight to Sydney, Australia. This flight would arrive in Sydney at 1:30 pm on day three. This would line up for the 9:30 pm flight to Tokyo that arrives on day four. He would then have about 12 hours to transfer from Tokyo Haneda airport to Tokyo Narita airport for the 5:00 pm flight to Mexico City. This is the ONLY flight I can find that flies from east Asia to Mexico. He would arrive in Mexico at 2:00 pm STILL on day four, with about a nine hour layover until the 11:00 pm flight to Buenos Aires, Argentina. This flight would land at 11:00 am on day five. Ushuaia, Argentina is the usual stepping off point to most Antarctic trips from South America, so I am assuming he is going there. Unfortunately it looks like the next direct flight is not until 4:00 am day six. As for how he plans to get to Antarctica I have no clue. I looked at Antarctic cruises leaving from Antarctica, but these take more than a day to get there, and we are not exactly sure of the timing of his trip anyway. After studying his options and limitations, this is definitely the route I would have taken if I was doing this.
Just binged this series. My kids 7 & 8 love learning about the 7 continents and I just love that this is kid friendly. Looking forward to sharing it with them.
Thank you Simon, this was just as good as your old stuff! I thought that it ended kind of abruptly, but I see what you’re trying to do there! Keep it up and stay safe, I can’t wait to see the rest of your trip!
Excited for this series. I did 6 continents in 13 months when I worked on ships, and had to miss a chance at Antarctica that same year. But one day I will make it there too.
As a seasoned traveller I just wanted to make sure you know there's much easier ways to get to Paris. Firstly Eurostar is cheaper and quicker than flying. Except I guess if you're coming from Manchester. In Paris CDG there's a shuttle fast train that takes you to Gare du Nord and is cheap and quicker than risking the busy roads!
Hi mate love your videos, just a thought maybe you could use public transport to get around the cities instead of taxis as they’re usually quicker and a lot cheaper
I have just discovered Simon Wilson and watched a few videos, and I thought the same - he always uses taxis instead of public transport, even though they are much more expensive. Do you know why he never uses public transport?
Finally the old Simon Wilson is back!! So happy to see! No more no money challenges, no more sleazy bald or harald, this is what you were made for! Keep at this! LEGEND!
The no money challenges are what made him, that was his start up content and the best content. Ive watched no money in London with toba for a week like a 100 times over, the rat race with no money... priceless...he's doing what he does best, ENTERTAIN!!
@@shellyann6574 the actual no money challenges are cool. the last series of doing lands end to john o'groats was NOT a no money challenge though. he got tons of money from all his subscribers on the way, which i dont agree with. alright?
@@Nooticus if his subscribers and supporters want to give him money out of their own pocket I don't see why that may bother you. If I could contribute too I would, he's amazing and the money goes into him being able to make more entertaining content for us as the viewers
As soon as I heard you have literally no plan for Antarctica I knew this series would be a banger. I'm also very surprised you haven't hit one million subs yet, the content you make deserves 10x that haha.

You just do what you love and challenge yourself all the time. You show that almost anything is possible. I'm looking forward to your next journey! Thank you Simon!
I love watching these videos. It’s helped me a lot with being able to do things and go places on my own, I am now moving away to Canada on my own Monday coming

Cheers from Bulgaria, mate! I am a massive fan of yours. I am glad you are back! I can't wait to see the next episode. Fingers crossed for you to step in the US!
@simon Wilson : Transit.. Exists, the Metro from the eifell tower to the Louvre takes 7 minutes, the RER to the airport takes under 20 and a TGV takes just 6
