I often wonder, when videos like these, 10+ years old, come up on my feed and blow me away....and I go check to see no uploads in 7 years....I just wonder what's become of them. I hope this artist found an awesome and fulfilling life in music.
It's a testament to how damn good Bulb is if his compositions sound this amazing no matter what. Played amazingly. Thank you for improving my quality of life.
This just shows how musically talented and gifted Misha actually is! And of course, hats of to the cover done here, piano is one of the instruments I wish to master later but the guitar kinda holds me back hahaha! One word -----------------> Awesomeness!
HERE IS THE LINK TO THE SHEET MUSIC. dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/53047169/Epic%20Fail%20Score.pdf Yes I realise it's been three years, but I'm still getting requests for it so hopefully it's still relevant. Sorry for taking so long, thanks for listening, please enjoy and let me know how it goes! xx
God damn, I'm here 10 months after the last visit and you post sheet music I can't read. I want to learn this song so badly.. :( you're amazing, endless satisfaction watching/listen to this video
That was beautiful. You just described exactly how it feels when i lose myself in playing guitar. The whole world just disappears around me. When all there is, is me and the guitar, and letting my emotions flow through my hands and fingers in to the guitar, letting my guitar speak, scream, cry and shout for me. You really did this justice, i hope Misha has seen this!
Good job, girl. Like someone else said, this songs really sounds good played on the piano. It's got all those deep, moving bass notes that shake the soul. Very accurate too.
I feel like playing kind of releases all these underlying emotions I have...some that I didn't even know were there lol. I can't really say how it feels whilst I'm playing, but it's probably more of a subconscious thing. :) I guess that's the best way I can describe it.
sorry about the late reply, yes, I'm planning to upload mp3s of the song somewhere for people :). There will be links and all that soon when I figure it all out.
hey man i simply love this is beautiful!.... i dont suppose youd do a break down video for some song? lesson kinda dealie. there was one on tom waits new coat of paint found it really helpful
Let me get this straight. One day, you were bored, so you scrolled through, your music library, landed on "Epic Fail" and thought, "I'm going to cover this"? That's insane.
@JoshGraham91Music Well, I recorded the audio straight from my keyboard, I've got a yamaha audiogram that you can't see somewhere there. I've got a Zoom recording some of the audio from the speakers, and I'm using a samsung gs2 to record the video. The audio you hear in the video is mostly the audio, mixed a little in logic with a bit of the audio from the zoom :). Who knows if what i said makes any sense lol.
@Shanatiangmusic yep that made perfect sense :P Im a music technology student so I know what you're talking about :) Thank. Any update on the sheet music for this yet out of curiosity? :P
What does it feel like to be able to create those feelings with your hands? Just listening practically brings tears to my eyes. I would probably actually cry before i got done playing this if i was able to
Hey mate. Amazing work. Do you have any tips for synchronizing both hands while they're playing two different things like in these kinds of harder songs?
hello again :P Yeah I'm still listening to this :P I have another question for you. How did you record this? I see you're using logic but its recording audio, not MIDI. Where have you mic-ed the keyboard up? :P

I keep returning to this melody after all these years. Beautiful 🙌

It is the cover that motivates me to learn the piano without fail. You are magnificent!
Thank you! :) so glad that it does.
This just returned to my feed today and it's more beautiful than I even remember. I wonder if Misha ever heard it?
I hope so.

I truly miss this !! I feel sometimes the fire for guitar has extinguished, the guitar used to converse with my soul , but now it feels empty .
Good job, girl. Like someone else said, this songs really sounds good played on the piano. It's got all those deep, moving bass notes that shake the soul. Very accurate too.

One day, you were bored, so you scrolled through, your music library, landed on "Epic Fail" and thought, "I'm going to cover this"?

Superb
@JoshGraham91Music I learnt this by ear, so there is no sheet music...as yet. But I can try and work on some :).
What would be cool if this was played over the actual song. It'd have the guitars and piano. Its an interesting concept.
Just learned to play Epic Fail the other day on guitar. It's so fun to play, am I right?
Heinrick192 yezzir
It’s not in standard tuning right?
Way too great to be real :)
