Thank You I was hoping I wasn’t the only one who had a WTH moment.. I knew what my eyes saw but I had to rewatch it two more times for my brain to process the dumb things uneducated actors producers and editors do without a consultant or expert
Aircraft Mech here. I don't believe he did. That switch has three positions. Down (locked) Up (Locked) and the middle position which is "armed" and indicated by the lighting "Unsafe". It does look like its in the wrong position, but that could just be a bad camera angle, I dont know. In the armed position, the landing gear will automatically retract when a WoW indication occurs (Weight off Wheels). This tells the aircraft computer "Hey, I'm in the air, I need my gear up to eliminate parasite drag". Which considering the kind of high climb out maneuver they are attempting, it would be critical to eliminate any source of drag as quickly as possible once off the ground. The fact that the "unsafe" lights illuminated is kind of a dead giveaway that he armed the gear. Only worked on a few Learjets in my time, but this is a standard feature on most aircraft that have autopilot and other automated systems. Most major airliners, for example, have such a feature. The lollipop (the handle) has up, armed, and down positions.
I would like to see a movie with Lacey Chabert and Josh Charles as parents of a bullied teenage girl (Matreya Scarrwener) with her domineering mom forcing her to stand up for herself and her protective dad trying to protect her from further encounters.
@danielhaire6677 at one point he was a good cop but the offer was getting to his head, he didn't wanted things to go south but the damage has been done
See here, how banking works is that once the money is out, it ain't coming back. All the other banker has to do is immediately route out the money and goodluck to getting it back
Actually, an anti-personnel mine like the Claymore was a good call to slow pursuit. He possibly didn't know the details of Street's SEAL background (implied to be demo). You are right about the cars, as it allowed 20-David to breach the secondary line.
With all that resource and they could hire special opps guys to handle all the roads leading to that bridge such a stupid scene swat arent that good when up against special opps bullshit scene
@@danielhaire6677 But he had put up 100mil to whoever got him out imagine with that kind of money he could get the best mercs in the world to extract him and swat wouldn't know what just happened...
I mean this movie is complete horseshit in terms of realism but you’d wrong to assume SWAT couldn’t handle Spec Ops. 1) a lot of SWAT dudes in real life are former Spec Ops (they even mention that Street was a SEAL and Hondo was Marine Recon) 2) all SWAT guys do all day everyday is train, train, train in between call outs 3) SWAT especially LAPD SWAT train with spec ops all the time and even give them tips on how to clear structures because that’s their bread and butter 4) LAPD, Dallas, and SAPD SWAT have actually competed against and have beaten foreign Spec ops/ counter terrorism units such as GSG9 and GIGN who are highly respected and widely regarded as being on par with Delta and SAS.
6:58 I was glad TJ asked about Boxer before the end. Plus seeing his vest on his dead body is so emotional
Jeremy Renner has come a long way in his career, did not remember he was in this movie!
It's hard to even imagine him now as the "Bad Guy"
@@percival23 well he is now, Just check out the mayor of Kingstown.
I was thinking the same thing
Lmao, I’d forgotten how ridiculous it is this movie was. The limo takes a bunch of full auto fire and the windshield doesn’t have a scratch on it
Well what can u say, the always catch the bad guys..... imagine the jet suddenly dragging speed with the limo 😂.....gosh this people self
You think more ridiculous that fast and the furious??
Because it's the same guys that shoot at John Wick. ...they could not hit the side of a barn.
I especially like how the pilot flips landing gear from locked down to up WHILE ON THE GROUND. 2:08

And the shield is how I recruited Hawkeye.
I have seen this movie a half a dozen times, I just now realized that the plane couldn't take off because the Gamble had opened the door.
you could say he gambled his clean getaway
Glad I'm not the only one 😂
3:46 GET THIS THING IN THE AIR
Where was frenchie running to? An invisible car? 😂
6:01 tell daddy who you want it
So this is what Sam Hanna did before joining the SEALS or NCIS.
no way a car can drive as fast as a private jet lol

7:17 T.J. McCabe: Goddammit Sarge
When i watch this movie for the first time, i knew his character was SUS
@@AnthroGearhead Yep. He was the only one trying to live a lifestyle out of sorts with a cop paycheck.

Imagine they got away and that boss revealed to con them in and no $100 million.
How about no? You think they would have released him without confirmation of funds released?
See here, how banking works is that once the money is out, it ain't coming back. All the other banker has to do is immediately route out the money and goodluck to getting it back
If there was no money, they probably would've just thrown him out of the plane
How has that plane not taken off yet
9:44 Mind the gap!!
Bro how long is that bridge man, must the same company that made the long ass runway in brazil Fast five
7:02 no matter which movie he's in, he always appears to be a scum at the end 😅
I noticed that years ago
Hello Hawkeye
damn, I pushed for bad guys, when I watch this scene back then :(
yeah, kinda hope the bad guys win
“Boys, and girl” …canceled
Well you tried... F
MS 13
He made 2 mistakes in the movie putting a c4 in the sewers and blowing up the cars

Omg That Jemery Renner is My Boyfriend
Movie name batman and joker
I hate this movie. I wanted him to get away
Not with Samuel L. On the job😅
You’re a drug lord if you want the villain to get away
Same 😂
