- Join me for a ride on this faithful old bike, in a snapshot of the English North Eastern countryside, as I head for the river Wansbeck, dodge a thunderstorm, and take the odd wrong turn.

A very pleasant and enjoyable ride
Thanks for sharing. I have a Dutch Gazelle with rod operated drum brakes made in 2004.
Well, my Dad had an old Raleigh Bicycle like this and rode it to work every day. We did have a family car which we went to Church in and for outings and shopping at the weekend. I always wanted to ride dad's bike but was never "big enough" to do so.. (Phil)
Good video with a lovely bike.👍
Ne'er cast a clout till May is out!
What a smashing bicycle.
I always abide by this saying, I always found that by the time the month of May was finished i really was getting very hot indeed🥵 It was only in recent years that i found out it was the "May" blossom from the Hawthorn bush that it was referring too!!!!!!!!!!🥴😄
Looks a lovely area, the weather has been very wet this year up to now, and time is flying, hope we get a dryer summer
I hope so, there's lots to be done outdoors.
"I've been to ashington.
You poor bugger. lol
Nice video. A little like where I am in Ireland. Some specs for the bike would be good.
Well well you’re in the land of my birth. I always thought you lived in Lancashire
I flit between the two. Roots in Lancashire.
Old Raleigh’s collect owners.
It's a terrible addiction.
Where is this at in north east
I traced your bike ride on google maps, nice countryside.
