Not only does Tj run his own mind consultancy business, but he also has an Instagram account with 20,000 followers, where he shares educational content about mental health. In this video, we discuss the impact of social media on mental health, and what it's like being a mental health educator on Instagram.

    Being a full-time UA-cam journalist has always been my dream. However, I only have a few months left on the UA-cam Creator Program, and after this, I will not be able to keep working on my channel full-time. But I am desperate to change that.

    using Facebook frequently predicted a decline in moment-to-moment happiness, as well as a general decrease in life satisfaction. Participants were texted five times a day and asked about how they felt in the current moment, as well as their overall life satisfaction. 🤕🤕🤕
