U don’t use any shampoo, if no then how u get rid of oil from your hairs
Shri Shetty if you follow the method I have shared in this video means. Shikakai will take out all the oils in one wash.. Use it as a pack like I showed and remove it with massage it gently. Then you won't feel any oil on your hair. 😊

Sis its just my experience ,until college days i ws usng shampoo n conditioner. My hair was gud until. Then i switched to shigakai ....i had dandruff alot. Tried lot of remedies but all was in vain. Then i realised that nowadays pollution is too high wch makes our scalp dry more n usng shigakai made it more worsr. So i stopped using it n switched to shampoo agn. Now its decreasing gradually. Lot of change hapnd.
Priya Murugan hello dr.. Yeah I can understand ..but when using shikakai powder we have to use it with proper procedure.. And we have fine the combination of herbs to use with shikakai like I showed in this video.. Also while using shikakai we have to use hair serums to moisturize our hair. 😊

But do you really make time to do all of this? Bcoz weekend is the only time i get to rest and hang out, I don't think so il be able to spend so long time on my hair and that's the reality.. So curious to know how you make time ? Also, is thr any other faster way to go natural as I know if i want chemical free solution it cannot be easy and faster..

Akka thanks a lot for this vedio .. I have been following this for 2months and it gave me superb results .. but recently I started working out and due to that there s a lot of sweat build up .. I work out 5days in a week (Monday to Friday ) should I wash my hair daily after working out or weekly twice .. washing my hair everyday using this method is tedious 🙍 what should I do so that I don't get dandruff ?
