Unbelievable talent at such a young age and physical size. His shorts are too big for him but he’s got such a tiger’s heart of a champion. God bless you child and wish both of you young players much success in the coming years. Keep playing. Cho le!!
They both are good players. The difference is the coach. The Japanese coach gives assurance, encouragement, reinforcements. The Chinese coach gives pressure....
Where did you get that assertion? A manufactured view simply out of your biases? Did you hear and comprehend the conversation between the Chinese coach and the player? This is a video produced by a Japanese, and there was just more coverage of the Japanese kid, including when he was with his coach.
What a stupid argument. Look at 2:50, 7:41 etc. All also showing the Chinese coach cheering for his player. You might just have a juvenile mind or perhaps more maliciously, you are pushing for a cliched narrative. You can’t make a proclamation that the Japanese coach is supportive and nurturing with all the positives that you claim while the Chinese coach just applies pressure…all based on a single 2-second interaction that this video happens to capture. It is a singular interaction and without context. I don’t need to see the full unedited footage to know that it is likely many other scenes would contradict your narrative. Therefore, I know better not to drag your kind of bullshit into what was simply a game between two talented youngsters who must have trained hard to compete. Cheers to them both and their coaches. Incidentally, when the performance is below one’s standards, players and coaches alike will experience a bit of frustration. That is also understandable. This happens to be a match where the Japanese player performed and the Chinese player didn’t.

Hello, nice video. What kind of grip and why is using this type the japanese kid? Seems like backhand grip but the Thumb is in vertical Position in the corner of the blade. It's because of his small hand a very high grip? Also sometimes he receive the ball with the middle finger in high position. Thanks
China has too many talents to have its 10-yo lose to a 9-yo from elsewhere. He's not that tall/big compared to many kids in the US. The Japanese kid was shorter/smaller than average.
Love the Japanese coach. No shouting, . Very good interaction.
Both kids are very strong! The service of many japanese players is unusual, but a good weapon!

Love the Japanese coach! perfect and amazing
Fantastic little big-hearted champion in the making !. Let him grow a little taller, and we will see more of his great talent in the near future !.
I like the coach's attitude, he is very gentle.

@@johnchang3974 What we saw of the Chinese coach body language looked like pressure. Why you try to tell us we have lying eyes?

What amazing talent from these boys. Stars of the future. Thank you for this 😊
Glad that Japan and China continue ping pong diplomacy. Bravo mini Koki Niwa. He started losing 2-0...
lovely coach koji matsushita
the japanese kid is atleast an year younger. it is obvious. at age like this difference of an year or two is a whole universe
Did you read? They were both 9 yo and it was a close game.
@@samlee6938 Could be 1 born January - the other born December. Almost year difference.

Japanese are generally quite short to begin with
Chinese people actually choose athletes who are physically advantaged for their age before they start training
Hope they can enjoy life like others 9 years old

Typical china.
I love that the kid is wearing his Dad's shirt!
Cookie Niwa 🍪☕😁
Ice in his veins!🤩 Amazing serve!
Spirit of japan, I like, although I am Chinese 👍
David versus Goliath, unbeliveble comeback ....i love that little yellow bird!!❤❤❤
Very mature shots and unreal blocking by a 9 yr pocket dynamo. Real star of the future.
Goodjob brother. Success for you. Goes number 1. Greetings from Indonesia
Small but terrible he got the fighting spirit nice game amazing win 👏👏👏
The cutest table tennis ever. Thanks for uploading.
Coach of the Japanese boy is Koji Matsushita maybe ??
I was thinking exactly the same.
Me too
Does not look like him...I like this coach enjoying the game though!
He is probably Koji Matsushita's twin brother. No, I'm not kidding!
Cool kid, he's a bit too loud for Koki Niwa haha , I hope we'll see him in the future!! I liked his coach as well
the japanese kid is such a champion I almost want to cry
I love little Koki Niwa😊
That left-handed Chinese kid, style like Wang chuqin.
Both players were great. WHere are they now? I am not current with table tennis, sorry.

I don’t really know, I think he hand is a little small
I think the Japanese kid's clothes were too big for him
True.. :)
Even the paddle looks too big
i think factory can't make such a little clothes for him
I like both competitors here. Great match
Wow wow wow. Match of the year. 👍
Traducir en Español .por favor. Gracias. Chile🇨🇱
Bad match, JP player is only 7 or 8 while chinese player is 12,13 or maybe 14, longer hand
Very good attitude 8:31
Anak kecil....patuh sama pelatih...sukses...
Judge by their body size, really feels like 11 vs 6 years old lol. It is unfair for the short kid ..
but the serve was very suitable for him tho
some kids grow faster than others. I've seen kids that are 6'2" at 12 yrs old. and some are 5'2" at some age.
Grande ambos.
Cậu bé thật dũng cảm,tự tin ❤
Who knows their equipments ?
The tomahawk serve reminds me Matsudaira's one
Gunji is so so so cute❤
What is little koki niwas equipment
almost Ding Ning serve by jpn.... ipmrove it!
Thanks for sharing 🏓👍
trop fort !, un mental d'acier, admiratif !....un grand bravo !
The other is young LGY, who hás sensational technics and loose matches that he was winning.
Isn't Koki Niwa a lefty?
Does Japanese boy have pips on backhand ?
they should prepare him for a propper fit T-shirt too
He will be the next Ma Long 👏👏👏

Mr. Matsusita, nice advice!
7 yaşımdayken Abimin formasını t-shirtünü giyip maça gitmiştim. Bir an kendimi görmüş gibi hissettim. 😅😂😂
When I was 9 years old we played for fun all that hype about those kids is a little troblesome
I doubt that Chinese boy is 9.
What a young talent. The clapping from the Chinese coach was so excessive and boardering to disruptive, what an a$$.
Wo name t shirt orange
are you sure the player in Red is 9 years old? He certainly looks older. 🤔

you can’t judge the chinese player is older than japan due to height advantage.
Jackie Chan - Japanese coach?!! ))
