One suggestion: u could show banana peel at ground To hint if player steps on those bananas they will slip ( meaning if k drops then toxicity will happen ) , 🤭 , I love pixorize , I even make my own picmonics to help me remember like this ,

It does cause hyperkalemia, since it's primary mechanism of action involves blocking of Na K pump, K can't enter the cell, therefore causing hyperkalemia. It does not cause hyperkalemia. If the patient is hypokalemic, the action of digoxin gets easier, therefore can cause digoxin toxicity. Hypokalemia triggers digoxin toxicity.

I'm confused here. Won't digoxin cause HYPERkalemia ?? Instead of hypokalemia ??
