With so few stocks driving up the latest rally and the majority of "traders" looking to "get rich quick" as the shin comes off those profits, it's time to realize "you'll never go broke taking profits." Buffett is also selling! I'm still uncertain about selling my $200k portfolio, considering its recent significant decline.

Don't sell; avoiding trying to time the market and incurring unnecessary taxes. Stay grounded and focus on the long term!

That's why I've entrusted a fiduciary with my investment decisions. Many underestimate advisors until emotions lead to losses. My fiduciary crafted a tailored strategy aligning with my long-term goals, guiding entry and exit points for the equities I focus on. This has grown my portfolio to $700k, generating sufficient dividends for my household's needs.

Stocks extended their year-to-date rally following the CPI report, with the S&P 500 last up 0.8% in afternoon trading. but I don't know if stocks will quickly rebound, continue to pull back or move sideways for a few weeks, or if conditions will rapidly deteriorate.I am under pressure to grow my reserve of $250k.

It's really hard to beat the market as a mere investor. It's just better if you invest with the help of a professional understands the market dynamics better.

Picking stocks is a risky thing to do, particularly for non-professionals. I learnt that in 2020, when I lost almost everything. But I switched to using a financial advisor and I've been returning at least $38k every month so I’ve been sticking to investing via an Advisor.

I am a living and walking proof of the SMB process, specifically of Justin's teachings and coaching. He is a great trader and one of the best trading coaches I have seen in the industry. I am the trader I am today because of Justins's guidance. Thanks to his mentoring, I am a profitable trader. Even at my stage, I still seek his advice and recommendations, like those in this video.
Trading is a challenging but rewarding profession. Trying to do this alone is insane. Every professional athlete in any discipline has a coach, and trading is no different. Justin has been mine, and I will continue to seek his guidance until I stop trading. There are more Coaches at SMB, and I bet you all have the pros and cons, but one thing is for sure: a great Firm is backing up them full of resources that will help you at any time, at any stage of your trading career. Thank you, Justin and SMB.

    a) Know when to get out before you even get in b) do not take another trade until the current one has SL at BE has changed much of how I trade the FX mkt. The 3 strikes rule is a way to prevent you from over and/or revenge trading. Wonderful advice there and thank you

The 'no trading during mid-day lull' is a big one. Trying to hop on a market move doesn't work nearly as well with the low volume during lunch. I find myself overtrading and getting beat up by the bid/ask spread more often than not. Even when I squeeze some profit out of lunch, it is rarely worth the time and mental strain required to do it.

I have ran data for 3 years now and traded my strategy for about 2 with good success. Though I find I am by far my worst enemy. I will have a good 2 week run on winning trades and often get complacent and see a set up that has just 1 of my rules unmet and bam I take a hit. The data of my strat is very good with a very high hit rate when one appears "though not every day". I feel like I have done all the work yet lack one key trait. Discipline, more specifically long term discipline. I dont care much about the money trading offers for me its more that I want to see my personal progression in this Journey

Wouldn't it be more benefitial for the listener/audience if the presenter followed their bullet points/outline, to make sure they've covered all they intended to share?

All these guys you bring on always speak about the same thing. Use a stop loss, trade what’s in play and etc…. But none of this matter if you are not thinking correctly about trading. They way you think will determine your equity curve. Understand that every price movement is completely random. There is no way to 100% predict the next move up or down. Same thing goes with your next trade. There is no way to know if it will work or fail. All we can control is our stop loss and profit taking. Make your position size ,stop loss and profit target predefined and I Guarantee You that you will find the result’s your looking for.
