I dont like the risk that the moat of the business is effectively controlled by the government and not market forces. (Limited to 14 healthcare insurance companies in the US) Another thing that you have to consider about UNH is whether it is a win-win business model. In the case of UNH it is clear it is a win-loss based on the reactions of the public online. Win-win biz models is a heavy emphasis that charlie mungers places on business models. A prime example being Costco

It seems like all the news about NVDA, MRVL and AVGO either makes investors think AMD is done or BofA analyst saying PC market weakness is making people doubt AMD can actually grow in the coming years.
1) He didn't say that it would. 2) You can't know the future. But if you want to invest, you have to buy something, and buying high-quality stocks when they are below their intrinsic value gives you a good chance of making money.
You shouldn't buy stocks just to sell them in the future. It doesn't make sense. Don't think for how much you'll sell them. Read "Intelligent Investor" for more info

Why don't they use market value to rate intrinsic value and NOT price as in an equity consolidation share split the price can be devalued or revalued by fiat?

Just because it's under intrinsic value doesn't mean the stock will 2x or 5x? How would we know if UNH or ASML will 5x like Meta in 2-3 years?
