Hello, thank you for your videos; they are very interesting. I also have a Eurovan, although it is a 2003 model. However, I have a problem: my air conditioner won't start. It might be an issue with the compressor. When I bought this car, the previous owner told me that if the air conditioner stops working, I should touch a wire connecting to the battery's positive terminal, and it should start working. However, recently, it stopped working even when I do this. I would appreciate any advice.
Hi as you stated ,first step would be to jump the compressor to see if the clutches engage. Next step would be to make sure it has the correct amount of freon in the system. Beyond that you would want to look for a shorted or chewed wire.

Thanks for posting these videos. Off topic, what engine cover do you have? Is that from a Jetta?
As far as I know that is the stock cover that came with the engine.
