That's the part! That circle thing with the threads that holds the cables. My 98 chevy tracker's manual window regulator broke and that was the part i found in pieces. I couldn't identify it until now. thank you so much

Video was helpful, fixed mine after seeing this but if your plastic piece with the spring is broken, this won't work... Mine was broken... I managed to use a zip tie on it tho and made it work.. fixed my problem... Now my window goes up and down.. before it did nothing but the motor was working... Good repair.. thanks
No disrespect, but the description says "all model". Both my cars do not have the cable drive like the one you showed, they are what I would call direct or (gear) cog driven. You did not include those. Also, narration is always a plus. Thank you.

Yes, you bought Chinese cables at a low price. Most Chinese parts do not fit and low quality. You can buy brake pads from 10E to 70E identical. We produce the parts ourselves and professionally repair window lifters.
@@danakaautomotoparts8908 The only thing I used from the repair kit was the cable. the rest I discarded. I could not find such a repair kit for a 2013 Tesla Model S. If you have one, please do not hesitate to contact me with the product link.

Lube on the cables shouldn't be needed. Lube on the rails and lifts, yes.
The lubricating must be on the cables and rails
Also, lube the windows heavily so they slide easily.
