Just wanted to follow up on my last comment regarding the defective iPong robot unit I purchased from Joola through Megaspin. Joola's Customer Service was terrible and they were totally unresponsive to my request for a replacement unit or support to fix the defective unit. Fortunately Megaspin who I purchased the Joola unit through helped me tremendously. Megaspin came to my rescue and I greatly appreciat it because without Megaspin I would have ended up with a piece of Joola junk. Megaspin directed Joola to ship me a replacement unit and the new unit actually works. Thank you Megaspin and shame-on-you to Joola.

the one you have in the video is the defective bot I assume? eventually, the new robot was more consistent? are you satisfied with it?

I recently got the V300 iPong and I'm somewhat dissatisfied with it. Main problem is inconsistency. A ball goes into the net then the next one goes flying off the table and then maybe the third ball lands properly then the cycle of inconsistency continues. Also the ball doesn't seem to have much speed coming at me and very little spin. Even with the top spin dialed to the max of "8" there's hardly any top spin on it. Not a happy camper....

I have contacted iPong and Joola numerous times to request a replacement or a fix for the defective V300 robot unit that was shipped to me. The V300 is very inconsistent and the balls fly off the table or into the net and seldom land where they should. So far they have been UNRESPONSIVE and it appears iPong and Joola do not honor the one year warranty they claim to offer on the unit. I am very disgusted and have contacted Megaspin who I purchased the unit from to assist. Beware iPong and Joola are not providing the customer service or warranty on this unit they claim. Buyers BEWARE!

What happened to your robot? I’m thinking to get this but you said it’s very slow. So now I’m afraid to get it.

Rather than the iPong robot I personally would recommend the Newgy robot instead.

v300 looks great on video, what they dont tell you: it will break down in a couple weeks. If you are as lucky as me you will get another which will also break down after another couple uses. Its a piece of crap, period
