FANTASTIC ! to see you Guys !!! Thank YOU All for the Brilliant Times and laughs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You Guys played Such a Big Part in So many peoples lives in the 70's and 80's Miss the Show - Top Quality Entertainment !!!- Something BBC/TV No longer offers
Please someone KNIGHT young Pike (in memory of his and all the genius that surrounded him for nine glorious years) That Dad's Army will run for another 100 is a given! Timeless, enchanting group of pros!
The pre war babies had a good sense of acting and dialogue delivery jokes. They are not here anymore. I recall this style at picnics of my parents with their Uncles and Aunties. When they entertained themselves before Tv was invented
John Laurie used to complain that Dunn got all the joey joeys (set up jokes) but from this clip you can see he was responsible for a lot of that himself.
I once spoke to Clive Dunn over the telephone. I regret i never asked him once about something that has dogged me now for some time. In Dad's Army Cive played Lanc e Corporal Jack Jones. The Caracter was a member of the Buffaloes. But it has also been said, Clive was a Buff in real life.
So sad that now only Ian Lavender is still with us in this clip.Pure joy from start to finish.God bless them all.

Yes, he was a brilliant impressionist.
God bless ‘em all. 🇬🇧
I still watch them to this day, all brilliant, you can't beat English comedy for its wit, so sad that only Ian Lavender is with us today
Watching this makes me better appreciate that our time on Earth is relatively short 😢
What a good collection of old boys including the late SIR TERRY WOGAN LISTEN TO HIS SMOOTH TALK ONLY AN IRISHMAN CAN TALK LIKE THAT
Yes think Terry Wogan was a natural excellent TV host .

@@diplomamilldoc8562 Nice one! Let's do this knight Pikey thing!
Great scripts performed brilliantly by marvellous actors.
This is priceless! Thanks for posting.
Back in the day when comedy was funny.
That was just wonderful.
Clive Dunn was only 47 when the first Dads Army was shot.He was just made to play much older characters.
The pre war babies had a good sense of acting and dialogue delivery jokes. They are not here anymore. I recall this style at picnics of my parents with their Uncles and Aunties. When they entertained themselves before Tv was invented
I love these guys!
Thank you for up-('em)-loading this. 👍
🙄😄
Testament to Dad's Army you smile from the off.
Bill and Ian rocking the jack-ups.
Brilliant !!!!!!!! 🇦🇺
It was hard to know where Clive Dunn started and where Corporal Jones ended haha
Best ever dad's army was
There like old friends .
They’re not there…
I never realised Clive Dunn could be so funny
John Laurie used to complain that Dunn got all the joey joeys (set up jokes) but from this clip you can see he was responsible for a lot of that himself.

character
This was made in 1988 in celebration of the shows 21st anniversay.
"Will there be any repeats?" They're always showing repeats!
What year was that Wogan show ?
Did Bill ever appear with his cousin Jon (Doctor Who) on any programs together?
Don't panic!
All gone now apart from Ian Lavender,
When was this broadcast?
i think i've seen on other versions of this clip that it's August 1988..
All legends how can we replace them in this sad 21 st century. Impossible the wokes would have a fit.
Yawnnnn!!!!
The fuzzy wuzzies would go crazy
What ARE you talking about?
absolutely detested Clive Dunn only one who was not funny in dad's army
you wont be putting the scarve around wiggy wogans head
Comedy, almost forgotten what that was. The snowflakes wouldn’t have a clue what that was all about, sad. I thought it was brilliant 👍👍
Joan Rivers
Was this ever funny?
Still not funny.
Wogan was a shockingly bad interviewer.
Given that this was such a lovely clip and that Wogan was part of it, what are your reasons for saying that?
Bring back british humour and comedy
Clive dunn what a legend that lovely man was
