- Can you use my phone whilst driving on private property? You aren't subject to the laws if you're driving on private property, so you can use your phone whilst driving. However, if the public has access to the private property, such as a private road, then using your phone could still see you breaking the law.

What a lot of people don't understand is the police are above and beyond the law. They are protected by their own bent and corrupt system. Fortunately some of the bent and corrupts get caught I.e. kidnapping murderers

Is it me, or are all Police so ego fuelled that they have to approach and ask what you are doing when they can clearly see. That was her warrant card. Police forces usually have a policy requiring warrant cards to be on display while on police premises which is why they’re often worn on a lanyard.

Uniformed PC handled his enquiry exactly as a member of the public would expect, it really is as simple as that. No demanding ID or arrest. No slamming you to the ground, assault or battery on you for filming in public. No threats or harassment or looking for arguments or to exert power over you. No Terrorism arrests or threats. No process is the punishment BS.
I give the PC 10/10. Friendly. Reasonable. Good interaction. I'd be pleased with that.

If you read the law on being on your phone in a motorised vehicle, it also states that if the engine is off but the keys are in the ignition, it is still deemed that you able to drive away, so even after your warning, she didn't care about any of the laws we have to follow. As for the cop at the end, he could have been a 10 / 10. but of course, his hands were in his pockets and the sideways TBLG flag. Great to see you out with Deanology and a brilliant audit.
I've had 13 complaints against officers for this. Guess what the police do? Nothing. One was close because I made a joke he was swiping left, swiping right.
However, the law has changed. Interestingly too, its fire armed officers that are the worse offenders. I've since found a document from MOPAC [this is london's police regulator] saying all police vehicles do not need the engine on to operate their systems. So they are bang to rights.
Now personally, I suspect Kahn lied about the engine on bit, but that's a funny one. Done by a green agenda.

The last mock “friendly” copper didn’t seem to have any visible name or collar number on display? They often seem to have a big noticeable blue line gang sign but fail to ensure that we the public can see the invariably hidden personal identifying number. It sometimes is “accidentally” obscured by their radio or bodyworn camera. The blue line flag never seems to get obscured though.
Being a Police Officer she is probably not clever enough to use Bluetooth.

Well that video really did say it all. The two contractors, friendly, nice, chatty and dare I say normal people going about their business. The police woman on the other hand yet another example of a member of our constabulary attempting to lord it over and bully a member of the public at the first point of contact. As for this "security risk, Heightened threat level cobblers we keep hearing about, well just where does it come from? Our completely deluded intelligence services I guess, clearly under the misapprehension that we're living in Afghanistan or Syria etc. The now existing divide between the law abiding public who just want to go about their daily business and our police forces now seems to be rapidly becoming a casm!
