Out of all the European nations there are only two who's style of dance identify the best aspects of their culture as well as place them on the dance map of the world. For Eastern Europe it is Ukraine with back breaking muscle straining performances by groups such as "Virsky". For Western Europe it is Ireland with such outstanding tap dancing groups as "Riverdance" and Michael Flatley's "Lord of the Dance". Nobody else in Europe even comes close.
