    Hi Rad, I was wondering what effect has this compression training on the anterior pelvic tilt. We are strengthening hip flexors and stretch hamstring, which is I think exactly opposite to what should be done.
    Tbh I was doing your pancake routine, which also involves compression, since August and haven't seen any negative effects...

      This won't help APT ... You need to strengthen hamstrings and glutes and abs whilst stretching hup flexors and lower back to fix apt
