I love love love your channel. Thank you so much for posting such thorough info. How can I reach out to you for personal feedback regarding my business?
What do you give to the recurring vendors for them to show to their customers? I'm picturing maybe a binder with your information, pictures etc with a business card? Also, thank you for your videos! I'm beginning this business by myself with small children and a full time job as well. Girl, you have given me so much confidence to finally get this started. So, thank you.
Ahh Savannah! You can do it!! You will rock it! So every winter (my off season) I take time to get all the book work organized. This means that I make sure all my bartenders are up go date on their RAMP Certifications. I then send out a little email or letter in the mail and update all my venue owners on our staffing / services / and our up to date insurance papers! This is a sweet little reminder that we are ready to go for the season and we would appreciate them sending their clients our way! I always send some business cards and 95% of my business comes from these venue owners! They want vendors who will love and take care of their space as they do! If you can do that you will get all the business!
Hey there Kaelin! Your videos have been a great deal of help with guidance on our new mobile bar business venture! We are in the very first stages and getting all the legalities out of the way! I know every state varies, but what licensing/permits did you have to obtain? I know you're in PA and we're in Ohio. Also do you carry both liquor liability insurance and general liability insurance? Info in these areas would be very helpful, thanks!
Hey Nastasja! So I personally like companies such as FLIP or Canopy for Insurance and we carry general and catering insurances. Liquor liability is super important however, in PA it's not offered to dry hires. It's only offered to those owning an established bar/ restaurant. So we reccommened our hosts obtaining extra liquor liability with their Personal event insurance policies. We tell them to check into www.wedsafe.com they have great reasonable packages!
