    Nice video. It takes me way longer to trim using boning knives.

      @@BackyardWarrior I use fillet or boning knife. I've not practiced with large carving/slicing knives. I'll leave that to a pro like him. Merry Christmas.

    12 inch slicer and 6 inch boning always
