I think you forgot that Kurapika didnt know that Pakunoda can shoot memory bullets, as even the other troupe members didnt except for Nobunaga and Koltopi who had already seen it. That's why Kurapika never got to include it in his condition.
So, the first two conditions were set on Chrollo - he can't use Nen, and he can't contact any Troupe members. The conditions placed on Pakunoda were to return Gon and Killua unharmed, and to not give out any information about Kurapika (which she broke by giving the others her memories, triggering her death). However, Phinks mentioned (in his thoughts) that there are people that can remove nen from others. If Chrollo can get someone to remove Kurapika's nen from him, then he'll be freed from those conditions.
What I dont understand here and it maybe a plot hole but why don't Phinks and Feitan just capture Gon and Killua when they see them at the auction house and do another exchange? They could give Gon and Killua back in exchange for Kurapika getting rid of the chains on Chrollo.
they were respecting Pakunoda's last wishes, just like how Gon and Killua could have escaped before the tradeoff. not to mention that compared to the nen exorcist plan, that would just create another stalemate of "release judgement chain or the kids die" vs "release the kids or Chrollo dies". exploring the nen exorcist option then hunting down with the boss is the better plan
@@majidoujaa5592 this literally makes no sense. Gon and Killua literally said they didnt want Kurapika to kill and thats why they didnt escape. That makes sense. But I'm not seeing why Phinks and Feitan would not think to capture them again here and get the chains off Chrollo. Im not aware of Pakunodas last wishes that would prevent them from capturing them again. But I could be mistaken. Also their plan is way more complicated then what I described above so that also doesnt make sense. Im assuming that Feitan and Phinks respected what Gon and Killua did for Paku by not escaping so they probably let them go. I could see this as being a possibility but it didnt seem like that was being portrayed in the show at least.
@@Saiyehn Pakunoda was grateful to them for that, they experience what Pakunoda felt through memory bomb, it's why Phinx mellowed out to them saying "Pakunoda said thanks"
@@Saiyehn i think youre focusing too much on plot and forgetting character. this is the equivalent of a ceasefire. yes, you can break it by capturing your enemies, but the point is phinks and feitan DONT want to during that time. out of respect for their friend who just died, and who was grateful to the enemies theyre on ceasefire with.
the fact that hisoka planned it all out while he knew about the fortune ability and getting his saying he will have a "date" with the boss just for him to realize it did come true but not in the way he expected. Kurapika really had to delay the greatest fight in anime history😢. by the way the fortunes are literally FORTUNES it will come true bc since it predicts what happens during that week and in the future the nen beast that wrote it knew u read the fortunes and even if you try to change it there's no point bc it predicted you try to change it so it gives you the result of what happens. like how Neon's dad had her write a fortunes for his friends stating the auction there willbe theives they tried to stop it, and it worked but the troupe still stole it eventually.
Neon's fortunes are time specific. The events she mentions can be delayed or averted, precisely because of that. Think of the difference between 'you will die' and 'you will die on tuesday this week.' her prophecies arent vague or open-ended, which is why theyre good for warnings. 'you will die' is open-ended and always comes true as everything dies at some point. so it's useless as a warning.
