45 minute drive from Toulouse is Carcassonne, a medieval citadel and castle. Amazing place you could easily spend the day exploring.

Actually I'm living in Toulouse, and that's right you got the best of our city in your video! This is a good thing that you visited the medieval city of carcassonne during your journey, because this city is very unique.
If you ever come back to south france, I would like to recommend you another incredible old city in a beautiful landscape which is called : Rocamadour.

Thank you for the video. We are in France for the Rugby WC next year and was thinking of staying in Toulouse. Now I am convinced this is where we will stay. ONE QUESTION: The cream backpack your husbands uses near the end of the video, what is it called and where can I get one?
That is actually my backpack, (Deb) haha, he was carrying it for me. It is Peak Design and we love their products. They specialize in camera backpacks. I also have a side bag like a courier bag that is awesome too.

How did you get the idea to visit Toulouse?
We booked a houseboat along the Canal du Midi and spent a few days before our trip in the city.
What it an expensive city?
Toulouse isn't too bad as it is a university city and not as touristy as places like Paris.
Go "DIGITAL BANK OF TOULOUSE"
The museum got stolen artefacts from India and Egypt. Give back please or worship Shiva, Krishna, Buddha, Isis, Ra, Set. 😂😂
