Sounds exactly like Morgellons. I notice extreme electrical sensitivity and white patches , splotches on my temples and like what feels and looks like 100s at a time of tiny bumps under the skin on the back of my head and neck that over a week and longer migrate towards my ears and eyebrows where things then swell with a translucent red orange infected plasma. They also migrate to my scalp and slowly extrude through the skin like tiny grains leaving a tiny scab so small I can feel them but cant really see. Theres more like fuzzy fine white hair and also super fine straight black hairs that seem to lay so flat they look like lines drawn with a fine black pen, and theres still more it never stops just changes symptoms from day to day
