This is not just for studying, which is what my channel is all about, but also for fitness, career and almost everything else.

Sure! Just watch Jocko Wilink's Discipline equals Freedom. Motivation is an emotion, "is fickle". Discipline is rational.
Real success comes when you do what you love and become really great at it.

I wish to have a successful UA-cam channel like yours one day lol, but I totally agree, keeping journals and writing literally everything down has been a lifesaver, largely when you have so much going on and need it to help remember. Feel like I literally write down everything I buy, have to do, ideas, even just random thoughts lol

I like your videos and want to use them for my classes, but I notice you use a lot more male graphics than female when talking about success, which is interesting, but also troubling.
Stay curious, there is always more to explore and learn. Seeking excellence will teach healthy humility, but also to respect true competence and appropriate self esteem. Childhood playfulness and directness is worth recollecting. Be serious, but during stressful times, don't forget to put matters into perspective.

Life cannot be prescribed...
All those things are obvious, we will either do them or not. There is no great secret here. That they do not offer courses for free means it is elitist because the government of every nation should offer the cream of the crop of learning to learn and methods of success for free and to have to pay for it makes it only available to few. Why cant we have the best teaching methods available to everyone? It is hard to find great free resources on the internet about great learning methods without finding a lot of lower level stuff posing as great quality stuff. Does anyone know of any professors or philosophers who recommend free learning resource websites for people of all levels?
