Thanks for your reply, from your video and a little idea of my own, I’ve come up with the following idea that you might also be interested in. That being to.. (1) prepare any equal two lengths of PVC as per your video (2) Bolted together and hung on the top of a fence, or bolted permanently through the top of a fence -OIO-. (3) Self watering could easily be done by hanging a container at one end to gravity drip feed each plant from a drip hose. As the water container could be of any size, and the plants are off the ground, except to periodically fill the water container, the strawberries would need little maintenance.
That's such a great idea. Thanks for sharing :) I live in a place where it's quite hot and we don't get strawberry seeds or plants. So I will use this idea for my herb garden. Thanks again
I'm glad you liked the idea and yes of course growing herbs using this method can contain some of those invasive plants from taking over the rest of the garden.
i made 1 by cutting a line then use heat to bend it out so i have more space but i did not use styrofoam. i use plastic and hot glue but i dont think it will hold i may rip it out and try this

Love the idea, thank you....but wish to know if it’s self watering, thanks.
One I made in the video is not self-watering but with a few modifications I can't see any reason why it would not be possible
Nice
Thanks
