You’ve got the correct radiant blush from Chantecaille, Jennifer. I own Energy myself, and that’s the shade you received. The pink blush is lighter, and it’s cooler in color. I didn’t order that shade, but I’ve seen that color in other videos. It’s much more pink. I also own the same lip sheer shades that you have. The eyeshadow palettes that Chanel is coming out with in the fall look really pretty, but I wish they weren’t all mattes. It’s good to know that they go with the stylo eye pencils though. Still, it would’ve been nice to have at least one shimmer shade in the palette. The Prada lipstick set is really cool, with that beautiful case. Thanks for all this great info!

Fellow redhead.....M is life changing, when estrogen left my skin, I rashed for 2 years until my body adjusted. It is different for redheads, when we are so fair in skin, hair, and eyes, our hyper sensitivities can become worse. I had heart palpitation at night, but now that I am further along many of my symptoms are much better and some not there anymore, heart palpitations are gone. If you are in this special age, any new ailments I would chalk up to M, you are slowly losing estrogen each day and this upsets the bodies equilibrium. Brain fog, loss of words, weight, headaches, hair loss , lack of sleep, and 101 other things that test our limits. Be extra kind to yourself, journal your day to keep tabs on your health, and hang on.
I have the Chantecaille Energy and it’s the same shade as yours. It’s pinky on the hand but warmer on my skin. I love it it’s so pretty. I also love their lip shines for every day wear.

Maybe if I see it deeply discounted somewhere.. The Prada is a no. I rarely regret buying anything, and rarely declutter, but I honestly regret nearly every refillable lipstick and powder product I've purchased in the past. Companies abandon their refillables or they promise refills, but they never get released. The ones I regret most are La Bouche Rouge, Kjaer Weiss and House of Sillage.
I just picked up that Chanticaille blush, but in Confidence, and it is gorgeous; it is definitely pink - not Coral.. It is the only thing I picked up from this collection, but I really love it and am happy I bit the bullet.
Saks in store had just put a new one out that was unused so the SA said I should put some on top of what I had on. When I got to the car and looked in the visor mirror I knew I had to order. The shade seems to adapt to tones.
I’m waiting impatiently for my Prada set to arrive. I wasn’t interested in the reformulation of the Just Skin….but I’m having second thoughts after you read the ingredients!
The Chantecaille blush is labeled correctly! I have both and while I agree with you that Energy looks pinkish coral, Confidence is more pink in that there an absence of coral in it. Plus, its case is a lighter shade than the case of Energy. I bought them at 25% off from Blue Mercury and am very happy I did, because it leaves a lovely, sheer wash of color on the cheek with a very subtle sheen. Super natural looking! I have Optimism and it’s not fuchsia at all - it’s more a your lips, but better shade. Hope this helps! Back to the video!
I received the Prada set last night and it is really nice! I was not sure about the actual lipsticks so I am so glad you think they are good. Thanks for posting this video so quickly. Btw your eye look with the light wash looked so pretty but it’s good to know that it can be built up.
Hi Jen, I was a bit intrigued that you didn’t pick up the new blushes from Chantecaille. I know how much you love shiny finish and I couldn’t understand why you are not interested. 🤔 I don’t like shiny cheeks but if they are like the Hermes blushes (the ones with satin formula) I might pick one if they will be available in Australia. I don’t like the new Chanel quads. In my opinion the colours are not wearable, ugly and on top of that matte finish. In one word: terrible. I don’t know how is in US but in Australia we still have some Chanel limited editions from last year (Holiday collection and even before). Until 2 years ago they use to sell limited editions in just a few days (sometimes in 2 days) but not anymore. I had hopes from the new creative directors team but so far I am disappointed and my hopes are gone. Dior fall collection is nicer than Chanel and the new Hermes quad is on my radar as well. I love the Chantecaille Future Skin foundation and if I find a good shade from this new skin tint I will get it. Thanks for sharing!🙂
The Chanel liners and eyeshadows look interesting, except the eyeshadows are bright for someone pushing 60. When you noted that they’re all matte, it became a hard pass for me. Matte shadows look heavy on me and are very aging. I’m going with Dior’s Plan se Paris instead. I already bought the blue shadow quint (love it!) and the blue, plum, and shimmer polishes. I have now ordered the plum shadow and cobalt blue and pinky plum pencils. I am still up in the air about blushes (Chanel vs Dior). But suspect the Dior will be the one I’ll go with. Thanks for your honest reviews, Jen. That is hard to find these days.
The release of the Chanel eye liners prior to the eyeshadow quads is a big mistake. I predict this upcoming fall release will be a flop! Very disappointed! A pass for me on the liners and all the all matt quads with washed out shades which remind me of the matts in the ND triochome palette. I love the ND palette. You never know but I can’t imagine the typical Chanel customer purchasing the all matt quad with the grungy swap green shadow. I am a Chanel collector but most recently am more interested in the YSL and Bobbie Brown quads. Hugs

Love the Chantecaille Just Skin, but I don't appreciate the shrinkflation. Quite a size difference.
