@@stefanlangenhoven78 Seitan has nothing to do with chicken! It is very hypocritical to associate vegan recipes with the results of animal cruelty (killed chickens). Vegan recipes are made with plants and fungi. All vegan recipes should be named after the included plants and fungi.
