Boa tarde my dear friends,
I’m running out of words to describe the amazing evolution or transformation of my old Portuguese farmhouse into a cozy paradise surrounded by beautiful nature views. Every morning I have to remind myself that this is not a dream….I try to present everything in the best possible way to you but it’s difficult to reveal the third and forth dimensions…, if you know what I mean 😀
Jorge and Vladimir are amazing craftsmen and friends, it’s such a pleasure to work with them and create new ideas. You will see that the guest bathroom looks more and more like a real bathroom now after all the breaking shown in the last video.
And thanks to Phil who installed a second kitchen at my Casa in record time again.
We hope that we can finish the entire guest area renovation by end of July, but we have already ideas and prepare for another big project. Stay tuned…!

The recipe for apricot crumb cake is very simple....
You take:
300 grams of flour
230 gram brown sugar
1 egg
130 grams of butter
A good pinch of salt
1 packet of bourbon vanilla
