They, and any/all model train/raildroad videos do. This is like my 15+ time in 4 years to be in the hospital. Multitude of issue, but hope to start building a small switching layout soon...from in a wheelchair to boot...🤔🚂😁🚂🤔 Just keep inspiring!!!
Most Railroads, at least out west (Might be different over east), we have 3 horn sequences we use. 3 short blast for reverse, 2 short blast for forward, and 1 short blast to indicate the engineer is "set and center" or providing three step protection (red zone) for the conductor to enter between the cars.
Good info. The Finger Lakes Railway is just a little class 3. They blow the horn at crossings, but I think that's about it. I started using 2 short for forward and 1 long for reverse, cause that's what NS does here in SC. Thanks for the comment.

Thanks Mark! I was thinking a chain link fence would look good around those towers. Doesn't seem to be one in the old drone photos I have, but I can freelance a little bit. Do you recall seeing a fence when you were up there last time?

Love your videos!!! For me, having hearing issues, I need less background noise so I can hear the vocal. It's not just your videos, a lot are the same way.
I know what you mean. I abused my hearing in my younger days and am paying for it now. Closed captions are your best friend. If you watch on a computer, you can hit the "C" key on the keyboard to turn them on and off. Also, if you click on the video while it's playing, you can use the up and down arrow keys to adjust the volume. Hope that helps, you probably already knew all that lol.
