B-fighter and Juspion are the best places to start for metal heroes...

Gotta say it really threw me for a loop to find out how Juspion and Spielban were so unpopular compared to others in Japan, but found an insanely dedicated set of fans in places like Brazil instead.

many metal heroes arrived here in Brazil so they are very famous especially jaspion and jiraiya, super sentai chamgeman and flashman are very successful too, so much that they are reprising on tv

The only right way to get into toku is baptism through fire and start with gaim. Btw thanks for the suggestions! I like your enthusiasm

Personally, I’d tell people to start wherever they want and just go with an open mind and pick a random show, see if the story and setting looks interesting to them, and start watching. I like myself some more darker Tokusatsu, but not everyone wants to watch a show that feels heavy and challenging, but there’s others who don’t wanna see any bit of a weird, campy, and kiddy show, but my personal list of higher pillars include:
Dairanger (Classic martial arts mythical action adventure and maybe giving people Zyuranger and MMPR season 1 vibes for something that is a risky catch, but rewarding)
Jetman (romantic Drama with guys I. Bird Suits and is a bit of a darker season too)
Timeranger (3000 AD people go back to 2000 to save their own future under a small mafia to turn into a major empire. Also has a great twist at the end).
Gokaiger (duh.... but watch it a second time to make the whole experience from good to better!!)
    Megaranger (an exercise into escalation)
Go-Busters (somewhat of a decisive series, but very much filler with cyberpunk vibes while filled with a sense of hope)
Kamen Rider Black and Black RX (the INTENDED end for Kamen Rider as a whole and can get a bit dark and just enough camp for a bit of fun)
Kamen Rider Kuuga (watching it right now, and is a VERY unique tale compared to the past Showa series (and even some Heisei era series). A bit of a tale where the story takes over and is a bit more layered and a unique twist to Kamen Rider as a whole).
Kamen Rider 555 (very much a dystopian tale where a mega corporation almost has the world in their hands and are really more powerful than any government in the world, and tears WILL be shed if not careful).
Kamen Rider Kabuto (the bad guys were winning and now have a human race under their hands. Also several twists are in the series and some riders have to die without replacements, allowing more do or die battles, trust issues, and the lies in the ones we trusted).
Kamen Rider W (no introduction is needed, colorful, simple, yet engaging)
Kamen Rider Drive (very much plays out like a bit of a sitcom, going into a darker turn towards the end, and things get a bit of escalation Megaranger has).
Ultraman Mebius (youthful, simple, yet a bit interconnected with a bit of mythos teased for future series)
Ultraman X (a weird, short, but sweet entry with some camp, and 3 clipshows (all that’s needed is remember to watch the 22 episodes offered if one not willing to watch constant recaps)).
Ultraman Nexus (a deconstructionist series and not exactly for the faint of heart. Focusing a bit more on the characters, learning about Ultraman phenomenon going on, and kinda a curve ball for longtime Ultra Series fans).
Metalder (a tragedy focused series that has villains as if they were much more twisted, unwilling humans as monsters, and characters with depth with only 39 episodes compared to the average Tokusatsu show containing 48-51 episodes on average)
Juukou B-Fighter (best Tokusatsu of all time, despite being a bit softer compared to some of it’s contemporaries).
    Other recommendations:
The Chouseishin series (literally a pure Shonen anime/manga for some camp, and even agile giant robots which became some Mechagodzilla Megazord thing and each series has it’s own feel despite looking the same (Gransazer = PR/SS meets Saint Seiya, Justirizers. = what you loved about Gransazer, only without 12 heroes to follow and easier to digest. Sazer-X = very fast paced show with a bit of a lighter tone and goofier looking characters, yet tells an engaging story even without facing cancellation and made the very best out of what it had).
Garo (a Tokusatsu with all the action and twice the violence of kids tokusatsu. A very story based series with a continuity going on for almost 15 years (and counting))
There are plenty more choices, just picked the ones that held together the best and I HIGHLY recommend.

PLEASE DO NOT WATCH Kabuto. I know that the yt say to start with it and/or watch after W but please don't about half the of the show is just bad with the plot, character, and tone bring throw around like a drunk dad beat his gay goth kid. It really a season you watch later with some seasons under your belt. If you start with it, it with just leave a bad taste in your mouth
