You two were honestly made for each other
Koodos for you opening up to us. A lot of us feel the same, but do not voice our fears because people who do not go through it do not understand.
Loved this episode, it’s very cool how open and vulnerable Josh is willing to bad. Thank you for sharing all that, truly. I bet that will really help some people
I AM DEEPLY IN LOVE WITH JOSH ! ❤ and abbey you are the queen ! ❤
The SAME EXACT THING happens to me on planes. Literally how you described the whole experience from packing, to airport, to getting on the plane to leveling out 😅 I can’t relax until I feel the plane start to descent
A match made in heaven
Thanks for this. I had my first panic attack 3 months after my second child. The way Josh explained it is so true. You feel like you are gonna die and mine got worse. Fear of driving, going on planes, boats, car washes..anything enclosed. My husband didnt understand why. Much better for me with some medication.
First of all, I love listening to you two! You guys so down to earth and I love that. Second… I know Josh mentioned having a fear of dying. Josh- just wondering if you also have health anxiety? I’ve dealt with that most of my life and it is so crippling.
Josh I want you to know I completely understand how you feel when it comes to anxiety with flying. I deal with it also and I travel for work often. One thing that has immensely helped me is apple AirPods Pro max noise canceling headphones. I put them on and watch something on my phone and forget I’m on a plane. I hope this helps.
Your daughter is adorable 🩷
Love yall podcast .... Also wishing u guys good health ❤ tc
I loved this episode. Thanks for being so open
I love y’all, thank you for the happy smiles and laughs ❤❤❤❤🙏
My husband has started to have a fear of dying too. Also fear of the of the sun and other things to the point of him having blank stares while we are out and about and is starting to cry too. Signed him up for hims in hopes he feels better with anti anxiety meds. Thank you for talking about it.
Perfect amount of time for the podcast ❤️ love you guys
Love your podcast I look forward to them 💗💗💙💙💙
Wow Josh, it's so nice to not feel alone in this. My boyfriend is from Canada and I know in order to get there I have to fly. I'm terrified of it, and I did it for the first time last year and hated it, just like I knew I would. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this, so helpful! ❤️
Would love to see a video of Josh on how he prepped for iron man. Maybe a day in the life taking us through each training :)
He’s the king for that queen next to him.

Great podcast
Josh I can’t 😂 I have no more words
I have a phobia of flying and elevators. I fly but I have to be highly medicated. I used to shake and start crying at takeoff and my heart would race like crazy. I completely understand
Hi! I love you guys! ❤
Omg, HI! I am your number #1 fan! You guys are literally the best
I’m waiting for Poppy’s birthday 🥹🎉
Happy birthday to the cutest and funniest the most beautiful baby girl POPPY 🥳🎈
1. I don't like haunted houses either. They are much further than just an adrenaline junky thing.
2. My fear is "being stranded". One time we went canoeing and our canoe got pinned against a tree with the current and we couldn't get it free and were far from civilization... had a panic attack 😬
Wow I’ve never related to anyone so much! It used to be so hard for me to sleep over my friends house when I was little, I would call my mom in the middle of the night to come and pick me up cause I would feel so anxious lol 🙇🏻♀️ and I’ve always had a fear of death too, I literally used to cry on my birthdays cause I didn’t want to get older lol. And it’s true what you say, you need people like Abby to have their point of view, being with my husband has definitely helped with my anxiety and thought process . Thank you so much for this podcast, love you guys!
I literally have all the same fears as Josh😅except mine isn’t so much of being trapped but of dying
Hey Josh thanks for talking about this , my first experience flying was when I was 12 years old I went to San Antonio Texas with my uncle Luis and my Aunt Queta and my Cousins and well so we were on the plane and everything was going ok till the lights start getting red and like the pilot was saying like put your sip belts on and alike the mask came down I was scared as hell I was like because I went by myself with my cousins and a pretty much I started crying and I was scared I I cried with my uncle he hug me and I felt so much comfort ah a since then I whenever I was having to go from Mexico City to Monterrey or to South padre island or to other parts for me being on a plane I have felt the same thing like anxiety and like my heart racing and like my sweating bullets like t shirt would be wet back and front too and you see the things that are next you in he seat on the planes well I used to grab myself from there and my muscle would be very and I still having to deal with it fear as well from that experience and every single time I being on a plane I would cry literally and like going to psychologist too then my old brother had a car accident in monterrey and like since he got into an accident I would never drive by myself and like I've been scared of driving too and hights too I just wanted to say this thanks for being you Josh and thanks for giving us strength that we can do this thanks so much and GOD Bless You
I love your podcast BTW It is May 11th so Happy Birthday to Poppy🎆🎆❤❤
2:37 in and never will I watch again
It's totally a phobia,
Can't drive, I can't go, no flying, where you have no control Got left out of trips, Melt down way out their, no return. I'd rather keep my anxiety to my level , as so I can control it. No shame in my game...
I have trypophobia too hahah
At some point Josh will have to sleep with clothes on the kids will walk in and be scarred for life😂
thanks for this men I tried to text you on instagram and also TikTok I just wanted to take this out of my chest and thank you for being you for teaching me support is always good to have and that its important thanks so much josh and I will continue breaking my fears yesterday actually had my driving class here in Victoria Bc and a well I took the class and I drive here in Victoria bc with the teacher and my hands were on the thing the whole time and I couldn't move my feet from the break so my teachers removed them for me and I stopped completely because my fear was mental and I break it I felt happy so thank you so much Josh thanks
My biggest fear is flying. Pretty sure it stems from 9/11. I also do not take medicine. I will not get on a plane and my fiancé wants to travel for our honeymoon… ugh
Hahaha omg the naked at night thing I can not do it either!! My bf loves sleeping nude though. Hahaha
Does Josh also have a fear of going on a cruise? I have panic attacks and cannot fly on a plane, drive on interstates, or go on boar cruises. Weird, I know.
Yes, tunnels, bridges and so on... haha but it does get better and easier if you're willing to work on it! - Josh
As a greek Biochemist, let me explain. Deuterostome is actually a greek word that means ¨second mouth¨. So, deuterostomes are basically the animals that their anus is formed before their mouth during the first steps of embryonic development. In addition, their first opening called '' blastopore'' is their anus.
ps I love your podcast!
I've worked in Radiology and 99% of men cannot go in MRI tube without mediation
I hate flying ❤Australia
EARLYYY
So Abby your parents moved to Pittsburgh?
Flight anxiety is the W O R S T. No shame in channeling a pharmaceutical that works for you to get through it. A .5 Alprazolam and noise cancelling headphones have made all the difference when it comes to travel for me - and no hangover upon landing 😅
That’s is not true , I had a baby and , I don’t wear granny panties. I don’t like them they look so bad
Someone u should have on ur podcast is @madelineandstephen because in my opinion Madeline looks a lot like Abby
Love your podcasts, but they are way too long. We know he was testicle tanning. 😂😂
