Do you sell that leg holder attachment for cable towers currently?
Not yet, it's something in the works. If you have a Y dip attachment, that can be mounted upside down and used to hold your legs as well.
When will that leg holder at 0:18 seconds be released?
That's a prototype right now, hopefully sometime later this year
I'm assuming I can upgrade a plate loaded tower to a selectorized tower by adding a weight stack?!
Unfortunately not, while they're very similar, the fitment of the bars and pulley are slightly different, so it doesn't convert
