You think the 5.7 sounds good from the factory, then you get it side by side with these straight piped and aftermarket set-ups and HOLY! They muted the life out of this beast

Same here. I'm looking for the ' sound' for my '21. Torn between a Flowmaster flowfx and a glasspack. Always ran packs on all my cars from 1979- 1998. Best sounding were my 71 Roadrunner with a 400 stroker engine, and my 500 inch '76 Caddy.

How do you like your BTS edition? I'm planning to get one soon. So much bang for the buck when it comes to it. Definitely gonna go with the Flow master 15430 with Y pipe and 5 inch tips.

I have a question about the mbrp 2.5” exhaust, how is it actually in the cab? How much is the sound raised? And does it at all drone? I’m thinking about a mbrp but I don’t know yet
It’s louder than stock obviously in the cab, but I don’t have drone. I love it has that rumble without that raspy sound that I personally hate. I had mine on almost a year now.
Super 10 are the best for the Ram 1500
I’m interested in that Magnaflow 44. If I go from the stock tip to the 5” tip, does that change the sound? Also, any advice on replacing the exhaust manifolds (broken studs). I tow a boat and a toy hauler (I race motocross) so I’m not looking at putting a ton of money into the truck performance, just looking to replace them. Thanks
You should do a before and after sound test
Id have to call the second truck 'Rice Krispies' because of the snap,crackle and pop.

Aero sounds best in my opinion. In all Aero sound clips I heard. There for I purchased the Aero Direct Fit for my Rebel.

They do not. My ram has every exhaust component upgraded except for the cats. Headers, Y pipe, muffler, resonator delete, all out to a single 5” tip. Haven’t tuned anything. The truck feels healthier and more peppy, and sounds much better than when I bought it.

I have a Ram 1500 Hemi 2017, I put the Flowmaster Super 10 on it and it is a little too loud for my liking after a while... (Around 106 DB) would that Carven TR series be a good one to tone it down a bit? I still have the resonators on and want to make sure there is no droning as well. In the video you took off hte resonators on that black one and it was 103, so hoping maybe to have mine around or under 100 with that carven plus resonators?

That first one was terrible "that Rev limiter I hate it, yeah you Gotta remember its in gear I mean it's in park, yeah there's a break in" I would've stopped you right there and you know and I know it sounds terrible and your a perfectionist you do great work. Own the bad work and offer the customer a fix because that's trash.
I should clarify the customer wants what they want so it's not entirely your fault

I'm looking to add aftermarket exhaust systems to my 2016 Ram 1500 hemi. I want nice sound but not extra loud. Any recommendations? I Like the sound on #2 but a little lounder. I also like #1 as if.

You do a lot of exhaust on Rams looks like. I will be getting a 23 Limited, to squeeze a little power thinking of exhaust and intake and coil packs, do not want it super loud for the neighbors at idle, or interior, but something that performs well and not raspy. Borla type S?
Borla s type or magnaflow 18 inch body muffler would be a good cheaper alternative

They have the catalytic converters on them so they’ll pass the obd II and tailpipe tests, but I live in oregan where all have to have is a cat and a somewhat muffler

My 2011 hemi 5.7 with muffler delete sounds better and mine is a single exhaust than some of the dual exhaust on here
I think all these sound like garbage. Uve had other vids with much better results. Def not the "best"
