The RM60 and RM600 are commemorative notes and were not released in large numbers, 60000 units for the RM60 and 6000 units for RM6000. While they are legal tenders, those notes are collectors' items. And its unlikely that no one is carrying around the RM60 or RM600 notes in their wallets

Fun fact, the commemorative RM600 bank note is currently worth around RM30k (USD 7k), while the RM60 note is worth around RM2.2k (USD 500) per pc.

They (US & other countries) govt will soon remove paper money from circulation. We may have another 10 years before they do so.

So no they wouldn't be changing the color of your cash anytime soon.
