Just the other day..while we were lining up to enter a bank..an old man was not allowed to enter the bank by the security guard for not wearing a mask and the man behind him ran to 7eleven and bought him a mask. The old wanted to pay him back but the guy said no. He said Kita jaga Kita uncle. I wanted to cry. It's true we do take care of each other in times of crisis. Kudos Malaysia! #kitajagakita

You should be proud bro to be a Malaysian!
Right now Malaysia will enter to new phase from Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) to Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO) until 10 June - 31 August.
Now all Malaysian can go interstate or balik kampung meet the elders & many tourist sector have been reopen but the government still close international gateway & open domestic gateway.
But Malaysia still need to get used to NEW NORM life like;
1) Always wearing mask
2) Keep yourself clean & always use hand sanitizer
3) Social distancing 1 meter
4) Avoid over crowded places
Anyway to both for you & all family member at US stay safe, keep healthy. Love from 🇲🇾
#KitaJagaKita #MalaysiaBoleh
After my eid had been ruined 😁
Started tommorow Malaysia be RMCO, Recovery
There is one major point I would like to add. During the MCO, EMCO and right until today, a lot of consideration and care was accorded to senior citizens ( age 60 and up) and those with special needs and their immediate caregivers. For example priority lanes are created for us ( I am a senior citizen) to access shops, supermarkets, post offices etc.
Some supermarkets even opened up to an hour earlier just for us.
We do not need to spend time in queues and can get our groceries, medication, etc etc very quickly snd then we go home. Now even barber shops opening tommorrow allocate the first two hours of business for senior citizens. I am so grateful for this care and consideration for senior citizens and those with special needs.
And yes, of course, I am very proud to be Malaysian!
I bet he is very proud of his own country. Plus, its 6-meters social distancing
Thanks Hykal Mahmood! Proud to be a Malaysian. I'm happy that all Malaysians are being protected and cared for. Stay strong, stay safe bro 👊
Lets not forget the King donated 6 months of his salary and the officials donated half of theirs to the people as well as the Queen cooks meals for the frontliners

orang Malaysia ni mcm adik beradik...suka bergaduh itu ini.tapi bila jumpa sama sendiri tetap panggil abang, kakak, adik, pakcik, makcik, uncle, aunty, ane, macha, bro, boss.itu beza rakyat kita dgn negara lain.hormat menghormati tu dah jadi darah daging.kita memang akan marah bila timbul isu sensitif, tapi sampai waktu ketika yg diperlukan..kita tetap tolong menolong antara satu sama lain.tak kira warna kulit atau kaum apa sekalipun.siapa lagi nak jaga orang sekeliling kita, kalau bukan kita sendiri.kita jaga kita.kita sayang semua rakyat kita seperti adik beradik, mak ayah, dan datuk nenek..
Menurut buku yg disimpan di Russia berkenaan budaya tempatan, begitulah perangai kita. Toleransi yang tinggi, bersopan santun.

And today we mark the highest number of discharged patients from the ward since its pendamic. And 7 new positive cases and all are imported and non citizen cases. For the first time we have zero number of Malaysian citizen reported with covid cases.

Free hotel / food during 14 days quarantine for malaysian from overseas. If u think about it again why quarantine in hotel? Thats how malaysia govt try to help hospitality and tourism sector during mco.
As another proud displaced Malaysian, I would suggest the best comparison is between Malaysia and California. Populations are similar in size although CA has a much healthier economy. Still compare the COVID numbers. Malaysia took this seriously right at the beginning and with 117 deaths it still takes it very seriously. CA has 4,653 death. Right now Malaysia has 6 patients in ICU with 1 requiring a ventilator. For a county with 31 million people. The real key is something not mentioned in the video - the combination of a population that values community over self, and a unified de-politicized response to the situation. The messaging was all about saving lives and reducing suffering. If you look up the news videos, you'll also see that Malaysia was really good to the foreigners who were trapped there to the extent that many simply chose to stay in preference to returning home because it was safer. Very proud that the country understood the situation and made the very best use of the resources it had.
This is a great comparison! Thanks for sharing this. We can really see how well Malaysia is doing with this comparison.
There's more to be add
16. Phone line carrier, provide user with 1gb of internet everyday during MCO and EMCO.
17. Cable tv (astro) give all channel free for viewing during MCO and EMCO
18. student finishing quarantine in university and college are sent home for free and escorted by police and military.
19. Ex-University who had loan... did not have to pay for 6 month (eventho the loan already a very small amount)
20. Small/medium business are given money (i dont remember how much) so that they can pay salary for workers to avoid sacking employee.
21. We are now in RMCO (Rehabilitation) period until 31/8... Government introduction 'new normal' that must be follow and I really proud to say this that everybody including mall and business do it.
22. Tax and bill to the government.. u don't need to pay (individuals only) for 6 month (correct me if I'm wrong)
23. One more... Mostly of home owner didn't ask for monthly rental fee from their tenant
Ya that is malaysian. We always need each other when comes to dificult situation
Do agree
Agreed
anything happen we are malaysian.we proud to be a malaysian.
Generally we have adapted really well - from the strict, highly restrictive MCO enforced on 18 March, to the gradual loosening of the MCO. One reason may be the high adherence of Malaysians to the advice given by the authorities who, to their credit, have conveyed the do's and don'ts in a clear, concise, coherent manner. (Malaysians generally are scared stiff of dying, so we tend to abide by the health rules 😝). The next phase begins tomorrow 10 June and ends 31 August - the Recovery MCO. Many people are already planning to balik kampung inter-state, and a significant number have ready booked local holidays, esp. to the islands. The economic sectors are nearly fully functioning save for the entertainment premises like pubs, clubs, karaokes and health centres (read 'massage of the dubious type' 😋). This phase will be most critical to the eventual decision to completely lift the restrictions.
Thanks for sharing this Idros! I am very hopeful of a positive outcome at the end #MalaysiaBoleh
👌👍✌️
I love it when you said "scared stiff of dying", Yeap, we're kiasis. 😄
Regardless, may you and your family stay blessed and safe 🙏😇
they didnt "build" hospital in 3 days. They repurposed a building into a hospital in 3 days. RIP my english
That's correct...
they "build" with very "efficient & quick" i think its not about to build 1 hospital, but the efficiency of the decision which is involve with cost & time to build this facilities.
Focus on the outcome and stay positive and constructive. Dwelling on processes and hows do not take us anywhere, wasting time and effort. It could start from nothing, a hut, a shed or anything at all but the outcome is something useful.

281 new recoveries (highest ever)
0 new death 👍🏼

So happy to hear good news like this!
N today 10/6/2020 we only have two new cases(the lowest ranking ever) alhamdulilah😇
The hospital is for 3000 people. That is really really big. Due to no business for hotel , so the government will rent the entire hotel . If you are employer, you have staff. each staff government will help to pay RM 600 for 3 month. So, this to make sure the employer will not fire their staff.
Yes, it was tough but it was worth it. Now we can travel within the states as yesterday there was only 7 new cases and no death in Malaysia. A massive turnaround from March.

We didn't build the temporary hospital from scratch.. Our government transform the convention halls at MAEPS Serdang (which is super huge) into makeshift beds and walls to place the covid19 patients.. That's why they are able to complete the facility less then a week. #MalaysiaBoleh

I think the bank part is a bit misleading...bank actually provides moratorium for 6 months to its lenders i.e. we don’t have to make loan repayment for 6 months without additional interest charges. I think this bit help a lot. I’m so proud of Malaysian. No of donation is seriously high, PETRONAS employees donated RM6.2 million voluntarily via salary deduction to COVID relief fund. on top of that ASTRO tv subscription is free, internet free...a lot more. Can’t describe the feeling how proud I am.
WOW, just wow! 🇲🇾❤
In early March, after the new PM took over, Malaysia was the worst hit COVID-19 country in ASEAN, top 20 worst hit in the entire world. All these occurred due to incompetent previous administration and power struggle between Mahathir and Anwar Ibrahim.
Yesterday we had 9 cases- 7 were local transmission.
Today we had 7 cases - only 1 local transmission case.
Only 1 local case for 34 million population.
Around 34k testing are done every day for COVID-19(RTPCR and highly sensitive and specific test kits) .
Our Health DG, Dr Noor Hisham, has said that we are not going to wait for vaccine to break the COVID-19 transmission, he is planning to wipe out COVID-19 in the country totally by end of August 2020 (second in the world after New Zealand.).
K
Yaaa.. We actually compared our graph to Italy in March, and if our government didnt implement MCO, we might follow Italy at that stage.
@@utube-vk3cf Hahaha...seriously dude?
Intelligence is not racially breed n with 63% of its population are Malays n Muslim, no need to be a racist in yr view.
There are lots of smart, professional n educated Malay in Malaysia n those lots contributed immensely to Malaysia growth n prosperity over the years.
The smart leader of Malaysia southern city state was an opportunist whose used the opportunities available in its neighbouring countries for its own growth by all means..legally or illegally.
It is a well known defining facts those are either culturally n inbreeds in the psyche of those so called clans from mainland China whose traverse the world for thousand of years spreading n creating social, economical n political havocs among indigenous population.
Kiasuism can be interpreted as positively for its own self purposes or negatively for others around them in its own selfish ways.
Instead of enriching thy neighbours attitude, it tooks whatever opportunities avails from their neighbouring countries predicament such as extracting its neighbours raw resources in any possible means cheaply n turned it to its advantage to sustained its survival.
Creating ambiguous financial environment to reinvest, laundered n cleanse ill gotten wealth from those crooked politicians n corporate entities in the surrounding regions..sounds familiar?
Well..it might seems, smart to you but we all are well aware of it legacies.
22 month those so called smart ones are at the helms of Malaysia political enclaves yet nothing much being done...half done are probability of its brief reigns achievement.
Letting internal strife prevailed among its predominately bumiputras political partners n taking advantage economically to enhanced its racially concentrated servitude n gradually eroded its nation indigenous dominion.
No need to be so naive about its illusion of grandeur.

Hye...
i`m youtuber from Malaysia...Thanks for your great reaction,i`m proud of my country,leadership (King,PM,MINISTER,FRONTLINER).. i will give exactly summary from this 15 why Malaysian did it and still fight it;
15.Yes there are many organization not just from NGO but individual also help like public figure Ustaz Ebit Lew,give rice, food, money and a new house to rent . But they also have a limitation to move event though they have a formal letter from enforcement.
14.Top Doctor have appoint after new government and been there since lock-down ,everyday they give statistic and announcement also.. From minister (Majlis Keselamatan Negara) and prime minister they announced not only in tv also SOCIAL MEDIA . They do stage by stage, example for 14 day to another 14 days until today.
13.Every location, state by state, district by district or entire community who have positive IN THOSE AREA, military and police also volunteer RELA will keep eye in this location also block entire way in and out.Restrict to all movement from getting out own house, who not obey will be capture and put in the jail also got FINE RM1000.

Honestly, politically, as a Malaysian ,i feel lucky that we had a political transition in March that saw Perikatan Nasional(PN) took over the Government from Pakatan Harapan(PH). If PH still govern Malaysia since March, we might lost our country now. PH is dysfunctional family with power struggle problem internally. They cannot work among themselves. and when we were screaming to PH to close the border in late January and early February, they did not close it and still let thousand of China nationals enter Malaysia for the sake of Chinese New Year holiday. and that was why the case were shoot up and higher numbers in the initial stage of this pandemic. The current ruling party(PN) now doing great job in cleaning the shit left by PH. oh btw, i voted PH last 2018 GE14 and i regretted and never felt so stupid in my whole entire life.
I never regretted that. We did the necessary back then. Malaysia Boleh.
Good day. I just want to point out a fact that if you are a Malaysian, you need to be either a close contact of an existing covid patient OR a returning citizen, to be able to test for covid in a government hospital. If you are a guy who is neither a close contact nor a returning citizen, even if you have symptoms and are dying, you are of a so-called "low-risk" group and therefore not qualified for a covid test (with the virus already widespread, it's really easy for you to contract the virus and yet are considered "low-risk"). Your only option is to go to a private hospital and pay a hefty price for a test, which most Malaysians cannot afford. This explains the low number of confirmed cases everyday, even after reopening the economy and people flocking the restaurants and supermarkets. This is a stark contrast to what is happening around the world: you open up the country, you get a higher number of covid cases. But Malaysia has seen less and less cases since reopening. Why? Because Malaysians are hardly tested.
Check this MOH guidelines on who can be screened for covid testing:
covid-19.moh.gov.my/garis-panduan/garis-panduan-kkm/Annex_2c_Screening_&_Triaging_22032020.pdf
Consider this: Malaysia has daily testing capacity of 30k, but if you pay close attention to the details given by MOH DG from his daily presser, we only do less than 10k everyday. Vast majority of the tests carried out daily by the government are actually done on foreign workers. So that leaves us more than 20k unused testing capability everyday, the lost opportunity to know accurately about the infection among citizens in Malaysia.
I personally knew a number of folks who died because of pneumonia (or sesak nafas) but because they were considered "low risk", they were deprived of covid testing. If you happens to live in a kampung area, like I do, where you'll find a lot of elderly people, you will probably hear more and more cases like this now and in the coming months.
If you really want to know the real truth about covid in Malaysia, you need to start paying attention to small details. Numbers behind numbers. Engage your physician friends and ask for their input on covid in Malaysia, rather than simply listening to what the government has to say. They are politicians after all. Trust me, as politicians, they have all the reasons to make you believe that they are doing much better than you think they would.

During MCO we Malaysian only can travel around 10km radius, so what we did, anybody affordable starts to looking the needy in that particular radius ... so we just help them everyweek ....find the rich guys to donate and look at the needy to give ... so everybody stays at home with food on the table.... and thats how we did
We Malaysians have petty fights sometimes but when crisis struck, we all came together. That's just how we are. The new prime minister did great things regarding covid-19. I'm no political expert but II respected him for how he handled the crisis. He treated Malaysians like his children, he said this on national tv - 'Don't be naughty, I know you're bored but you should find some hobbies. Even I did some embarrassing things (wearing wife baju kelawar) at home during my quarantine' LOL
Dr Noor Hisyam is Malaysia's new sweetheart. Everyone love him. Who doesn't?
& we were concerned when our PPEs were running out initially, but days later we got new supply immediately. They were obviously handmade by the volunteers. I'm so thankful to them.
Yes, this makes me so proud for my Malaysia family! ❤️
Thank you 🥰 we are so close on winning.... Today only 7 cases and 200+ discharge.... This is big for the country
7 cases, all imported, Malaysian 0... :))
Imaret is a faith based organisation. Some NGO raised RM1.2 RM1.2 millions in the first month after MCO.
and now malaysia has to stay home till next year :/
saya bangga sebagai rakyat malaysia.. MALAYSIA BOLEH!!!!!!!
